Overview
All Decked Out is a beautifully renovated second row beach home located in Fripp Island Resort. It is nestled on a quiet center island street steps from the beach. See pictures to believe the views! There are unobstructed ocean views from multiple decks and a newly expanded front deck perfect for watching the sun rise and set. Enjoy meals on the tables provided, or rock the day away reading a book, sipping a drink, or taking a nap. The second story ocean deck can be accessed from the primary bedroom or main hall way. This space has long range island and ocean views. Two additional decks are attached to the front and back second story bedrooms. A peaceful screened porch is tucked around the corner from the kitchen.
The newly remodeled living space has an expansive open living concept inteded for larger groups. The kitchen has been completely redone with large commercial gas range, separate beverage refrigerator, and an additional ice maker. For large parties, a full size refrigerator is available in the garage. High speed fiber optic internet is perfect for streaming music or movies. The house has a Sonos sound system and large smart TV with satellite TV, access to Apple TV, Netflix etc. There are multiple areas for people to relax.
There are three king bed en-suites, two bunk rooms (twin XL over Queen) sharing a hall bath. All four bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2019.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

What a beautiful home!! Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Fabulous layout! Loved the selection of books and puzzles. Great accessibility to the beach and beautiful views. This is THE HOUSE to stay in at Fripp!!
Fantastic Week, what a beautiful home!
We had a lovely week at this beach house. Conveniently located about a block from the beach access and with beautiful views of the ocean. Lots of living space for a big group, and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and has nice appliances. Also very nice to have a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. The best part is all the outdoor space on decks (multiple) and porches. It is lovely and the outdoor furniture is clean and comfortable. Two golf carts (one works better than the other), make getting around Fripp very easy. All in all, a lovely home that we can highly recommend!
This home was so beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about it. It was the perfect size for our family. From the spaciousness of the home, the comfort of the furniture, the way the kitchen was stocked with all nice appliances, the wet bar, the extra refrigerator in the garage, the golf carts and the amazing views from all the porches this home was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!!!
Great stay at “All decked out”. The house was fully equipped and accommodated our family very well. Would highly recommend!
The house was beautiful and well stocked. We loved the ice maker and the stove!. The overall decor was beautiful and the couch comfortable. The kids loved the bean bags upstairs to hang out. The fridge in the garage was nice to have , however, it is not very cold so don’t store anything other than drinks in it. It would have been nice to have extra bath towels. One per person was not enough. The house is so convenient to beach. It was so nice to have 2 golf carts to get around the island. Overall, we enjoyed the house and its amenities.

Wonderful house, amazing location! This house was perfect for our family. Everything we could want for cooking, grilling and beaching. The golf carts were new and wonderful….as were the sunset cruises every night! The beach chairs and wagon were great, the beverage fridge in basement sooo good! The house managers very attentive and quick to respond. Rent this house! You won’t regret it!
718 Pompano is a fabulous house on Fripp. The common areas were perfect for our family.
House is absolutely beautiful! Its location is perfect! There were tons of beach chairs, etc to borrow. Two great golf carts! I just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely look to rent this house again for our next trip to Fripp.
