• Full refund if canceled 90+ days before arrival

• 2/3 refund if canceled 60–90 days before arrival

• 1/3 refund if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

• No refunds if canceled within 30 days

• If dates are re-rented, all payments refunded minus a $100 processing fee

  While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure?
