Del Boca Frippsta offers an open concept eat-in kitchen that flows into the living area. Upscale furnishings include granite counter tops, white shaker cabinets & stainless appliances in the well stocked kitchen (Both regular and Keurig coffee makers offered). In fact, you will find granite counter tops, tile showers & floors in the baths & comfortable furniture & decorations throughout! The living area is spacious & offers a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The balcony access from this room is through sliding doors so there is plenty of natural light and an ocean view. New Haven Villa 647 offers 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. Our unit comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. The main floor includes the kitchen, living area, a queen bedroom & half bath. The bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (king in master, queen and twin trundle bed in upstairs guest room) & 2 full baths. The upstairs master is oversized and has a flat screen TV and a huge walk in shower with double vanities. The second bedroom has a spectacular ocean view, flat screen TV and own bath with tub and shower combo. There is also a full size washer & dryer on this floor. Bookings fill up quickly, so don’t wait too long to book or you will miss out.
Access the ever growing beach right from the back of the condo. There is a direct boardwalk access to the beach or fishing right from the surf.
The Newhaven complex has been completely redone in the last few years. New siding and paint, and new roofs were added in 2016. The entire decking throughout the complex has been completely torn out and replaced in 2020/2021 as well as a new seawall.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card.
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Property was exactly as described! Property Manager was very nice and communicated throughout our stay. Condo was laid out nice and the location was perfect for water views of the island. Would definitely stay here again!
Perfect place to see the ocean in the fall without the crowds. The condo is located at the confluence of a creek emptying in the Atlantic with jettys buffering some of the incoming tide. I fished from the stairs and caught 17 fish in two days (mostly whiting, a couple of specs and a 3 foot white tip shark). We enjoyed the tranquility of the location and the beauty of Fripp Island. Will definiitely go back.
