This rental home is tastefully decorated and will provide your family or two families all the necessities needed for a wonderful Fripp experience. It has two master suites. The living room and kitchen are designed to be open and spacious.There is plenty space for parking for large families with 2 car garage. This house is near the beach and pools, one minute by golf cart ( one is provided).
New 65 inch TV and hardwood floors . New updated kitchen and bath also..
There is a large deck to relax on. Come to relax on this great island surrounded by undeveloped islands. You will love the activities the island has. With passes you can golf or play tennis. Amenity cards are available for an extra charge email about charge.
We are located on a golf course. The marina is nearby where you can bring a boat to explore. Enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
