Comfortably sleeping 12 guests, the home features two master suites, each with a private en-suite bath. The open-concept living room and updated kitchen are designed for gathering — plenty of room for the whole group to cook, eat, and relax together. New hardwood floors, a 65" flat screen TV, and updated kitchen and baths give the home a fresh, polished feel throughout.

Step outside to a large back deck with serene views of the 5th tee box of Ocean Point Golf Course, separated by a peaceful tidal canal — you get all the beauty of the golf course setting with a natural buffer that makes the deck feel like your own private retreat. Watch the golfers, enjoy the Lowcountry light, and take in the kind of sunset you'll be talking about long after you leave.

A golf cart is included with your stay — hop in and you're at the beach in just minutes. The marina is a short golf cart ride away, where you can bring or rent a boat and explore the surrounding waterways. With two championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, five pool complexes, restaurants, and 3.5 miles of pristine beach, Fripp has everything you need for a full week of vacation.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island surrounded by undeveloped land and water — no traffic, no hustle, just that slow island pace that keeps families coming back year after year. White-tailed deer roam freely, dolphins play offshore, and loggerhead turtles nest on the beach in summer.

The home includes a 2-car garage with plenty of additional parking — ideal for larger groups arriving with multiple vehicles.

Resort Amenity Cards Access to Fripp Island Resort amenities — including pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and more — requires a resort amenity card. Cards are available for purchase and are subject to a 12.8% resort fee on the total rental amount, plus a per-card charge that varies by season. Pet Policy We love pets! All pets must be pre-approved prior to arrival. Upon approval, guests will be asked to sign a pet agreement. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for the first pet and $75 for a second pet. Please note that an additional $300 charge will apply for any unapproved pets brought to the property.
