PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and offered quite a bit of space. Located in a more remote area of the island that allowed for a quiet and serene stay. Golf cart much appreciated and needed. Parking a little tight if you take more than one vehicle.
This home is amazing. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need! I appreciated all the gadgets and tools, and there was even a crockpot! I would have planned different meals if I had known that before shopping!! The home was clean, and on a very quiet street that felt very safe. Our only complaint was that our golf cart was not big enough. It was only a 4 seater and required charging a lot. We registered 4 adults and 1 child and the golf cart was not adequate. The battery on the cart would only allow is to go to the beach access which was 2 streets over and back before needed charging. The home was superb and we loved the location and amenities. We would definitely rent this home again!
rental was PERFECT! Clean, bright light, comfortable with THREE bathrooms. well-stocked kitchen (great for thanksgiving). so much fun stuff to do -- golf cart, beach, indoor gym, heated pool. and Beaufort a half hour away for a fun outing. Great time, thank you so much!
Thoroughly enjoyed our time on Fripp Island. The management company was very responsive when we called about the tv (couldn’t figure out to get it to work…we needed a new remote!). Property was nice and well stocked. It was also in a very quiet location. We will be sure to visit again!
