Overview
This peaceful, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath lake view home is the perfect getaway ideal for a single family or various smaller groups. It is walking distance from the Deer Lake Community Pool and just a golf cart ride away from the most relaxing beach around. This house is located within the private neighborhood of Deer Lake. It sleeps 7 comfortably, but also includes an additional twin trundle and queen pullout couch if additional sleeping areas are needed. Enjoy your meals at the dining table which overlooks the lake. The large back deck sits right by the lake and is the perfect spot for quiet mornings. After a long day at the beach, relax in the hot tub over looking the lake! The hot tub is professionaly serviced after each guest. There are currently 2 adult bikes and 2 beach chairs are available to use along with various beach toys. Sibumi Shade available to rent for $40/week

PET FRIENDLY! PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $25 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Fripp Club Amenity cards are available for purchase with this rental and offer access to club pools, restaurants, tennis courts and golf courses. Eash guest 13 years of age and older must have a club card in order to access the Club's facilities. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
Club Card Pricing:
- Memorial Day-Labor Day: 1-3 day cards= $35/card and 4-7day cards= $50/card
- Fall, Winter & Spring: 1-3 day cards= $25/card and 4-7 day cards = $35/card
- Adults and kids 13 and up need cards to access the amenities

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

We loved the house. Owner very repondsive on any questions I had. Would definitley stay again.
Loved the house! Short walk to the community pool was easy; we mostly had it to ourselves. House was in a quiet area. Having golf cart included was a bonus. Full sized washer and dryer was nice to have. What wasn't mentioned in the description is the huge walk in closet off the main bedroom that holds extra linens, beach towels, pillows, and a drying rack. Sarah was easy to communicate with.
This was a beautiful home and exactly like shown in the photos. The golf cart was a bonus for us getting to and from the beach and the hot tub was also a very welcomed addition. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the gators and the jumping fish. We would definitely look at possibly booking this home again if we decide to vacation on Fripp Island.
Perfect house, fully stocked with everything you need. AC went out and owner had someone out right away to fix it.
What a great property. Homeowner is super responsive if there's anything you need. Hot tub is a bonus and having the golf cart ready to go the minute you check in is awesome. Beds are comfy and kitchen is equipped to cook up all the fish you can catch. Great stay overall, I'm a repeat customer!
This house is amazing…we have been coming to Fripp for over 20 years, and this home was by far one of our favorites. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back
