PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Great location, steps from the beach
We visited Fripp Island for the first time in May and stayed in the 341 Captain John Fripp Condo. The condo has a great location near the beach access and the pool. The condo has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
We enjoyed our stay at 341 CJFV and really appreciate that the home is pet friendly. It's very clean and attractive. While our dog enjoyed the beach and riding around on the golf cart, they also enjoyed sitting on the back patio and meeting the neighbors (pets and people) and watching everyone going back and forth to the beach. Everyone at Fripp Island Stay was very helpful; we especially appreciate their patience and kindness in helping us through an unforeseen complication. Everyone at Fripp was super nice to our dog! Don't hesitate to book this Condo. You (and your fur baby) will enjoy it!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. Well furnished with a comfortable bed. A/C worked well even with the temperature in the 90s. I had brought a tower fan and didn’t even use it. Only thing is if you plan to use the microwave bring a few Corning ware type dishes if you want to reheat/cook anything. Mugs and dishes were microwaveable but I was glad I had brought a couple with a lid. Deer were plentiful and we had a small alligator in the courtyard one morning according to my neighbor so beware with kids and pets. I believe security will remove them if called. Enjoyed the provided golf cart as that was a very nice perk. Property manager was available for any questions and responsive to texts. Highly recommend!

This unit was the best out of the previous 5 that we have stayed at. Nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. Impossible to beat with the pool right outside and a straight shot to the beach.
Overall the condo was really nice. The location was wonderful. There were a few items the owner should consider: 1) the sofa and love seat is aging. Some of the cushions are “sunken” and uncomfortable. These needs replaced. 2) the kitchen seat covers are soiled and need replaced 3) the master king bedroom tv was not working 4) the cleaning was not as thorough as it should be. (Dust bunnies and trash along baseboards and corners need to be better. Dog poop on upstairs balcony)

Thank you for the feedback. The poop unfortunately is raccoon poop. We do remove it but they come back so we have to put out some repellant. This is the time of year we do deep cleans and upgrades. The villas are very popular so difficult to find time until November in the schedule.
Great place to stay! Easy access to beach and restaurants.
