Management Style Options
When you first join our website, you have the option of managing your property yourself using our online booking engine, or having one of our property managers take care of the entire process for you. The choice is yours. Here are the two options.
Owner Managed
If you desire to manage your own property and bookings, then you are empowered with the tools you need to be your own property manager. Take full control of your property inquiry and rental management efforts. Track every detail of a rental inquiry all the way from initial guest inquiry to guest check-out and beyond. Guests can even play an active role in the reservation process by accessing their online reservation page. From this page they can view and accept all agreements and secure their stay by making online credit/debit card or eCheck payments. The entire booking process is 100% online and paperless!
Full Property Management
Don’t have time to manage your property listing or bookings? One of our property managers are available to handle it for you. They manage all guest correspondence beginning with the initial inquiry all the way through to check-out and guest follow-up. They use the same online booking features mentioned above to take care of all pre- and post-stay communication with guests including rental agreements, payments, and check-in/check-out instructions. This is full, comprehensive rental management. They respond to every inquiry and confirm reservations 7 days a week. They conduct thorough pre-guest and post-guest stay property inspections, thereby ensuring your property is always in pristine condition for future guests.

- List your property for FREE! ... You pay nothing to list your property on our website. No setup or listing fee.
- Manage Your Property Listings ... You have full control over your property listing. After creating an account with us, you can add your property to the site, upload your property photographs, establish your rates, and set your availability calendar. Everything is provided on this site and accessible to you via the Internet. If you want to change your listing or add a new photograph or two, just login to your account and make your changes. All property information is stored in a database and completely configurable by you, the property owner.

- Property Location ... Locate the property on a Google map for easy access by guests.
- Special Offers ... Create & customize special offers.
- Guest Comments ... View accept/reject guest comments.
- Guest Inquiries ... Receive inquiries via email or text message. Completely paperless.
- Send offers ... Create and send customized offers to your guests, including all agreements. No more printing, signing and mailing of agreements.
- Online Acceptance ... Guests can accept your rental agreement, golf cart agreement and pet agreements online.
- Guest Payments ... Receive credit/debit card or electronic check (eCheck) payments from your guest.
- YOU collect and escrow all guest payments. ... This means YOU are in complete control of all funds collected from YOUR guests.
- Check-In Notice ... Send check-in notice including check-in instructions and access information.
- Check-Out Notice ... Send check-out notice including instructions and security deposit deductions clearly defined.
