This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home is 2800sf of coastal beach farmhouse, nestled at the end of a safe cul-de-sac, perfect for your next family vacation or get together! We are dog friendly too so you can create even more memories with your pet while you save hundreds in kennel fees. No carpet to mess up--luxury vinyl flooring throughout.
Enjoy 900 sf of porches including a huge screened in back porch with fireplace plus an open deck for grilling or low country boils. With room to sleep 15 in beds, you’ll find a primary bedroom and bath on both the first and second floor, 3 guest rooms with queens, themed kids bunk room that sleeps 4 and second family room with upgraded queen sleeper sofa.
This new kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to create amazing meals. Fresh seafood like shrimp, crab, oysters, grouper and so much more is available for purchase nearby. There are island delivery options for groceries too.
Our farmhouse has 2 primary living areas (1 main level and 1 upstairs) and is perfect for large single families or two families traveling together. We’ve thought of everything you’ll need to make this a memorable vacation to this private island getaway. From double pack and play’s and high chairs for the little ones to bikes, games and puzzles for all ages.
Multiple flatscreen SMART TV’s throughout, high speed internet and all the luxuries you need to feel at home. Pack as light as you can. We have a full laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. Park your cars in the garage and driveway and cruise around the island easily in our 6-person golf cart and use the amenities cards for all restaurants and activities Fripp has to offer (optional and additional charge). There is a private "work nook" in the main floor suite for those working vacations.
The Sandy Feet Retreat is designed to make your vacation stay as memorable and relaxing as possible. So much that you’ll want to come back time and time again!
YES DOGS ALLOWED / NO CATS. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

BEDROOM 1 Main Level - This primary bedroom has a new king bed and a private slider door directly onto the screened in porch and just feet away from the large gas fireplace. A full size attached bathroom with huge walk-in closet with work nook desk.

BATH 1 - Attached to primary bedroom on main floor - toilet, his and hers sinks, large shower, linen closet, walk-in closet. There is also a tucked away work nook complete with desk and chair. Perfect place to getaway for a Zoom call.

KITCHEN - Gorgeous farmhouse kitchen featuring refrigerator with double ice makers, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, bar with seating, pantry. Air Fryer, blender, toaster, waffle maker—plus everything you need to prep a delicious meal

SCREENED PORCH - Enjoy weather year round on this 700sf screened in porch. 3 ceiling fans to keep cool, gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. Comfy sectional with additional seating. Custom live edge dining table. Huge swing bed!

The Sandy Feet Retreat is nestled in the beautiful Fiddlers Cove area and is just a short golf cart ride away from one of two championship golf courses. Play the Davis Love III Ocean Creek course with a 4.5 star rating by Golf Digest. Or the George W. Cobb Ocean Point course. If your kids are just learning the game, there is a special Wee Links course.
Then, there’s THE BEACH. With over 3 miles of pristine shoreline, you’ll quickly realize the advantages of being on a private island. There are 28+ public beach crossovers with cart and bike parking.
Seven swimming pools including one heated pool, olympic sized pool, large kiddie pool with slide and another pool with enchanting caves and waterfalls. Plus a brand new fitness center complete with cardio area and weight room. There are 10 tennis courts along with professional instructors and clinics plus now featuring pickleball.
There are 5 restaurants on the island for your dining and drinking enjoyment. There are two great outdoor bars, pizza, ice cream shop and market convenience store.
To really get out and see the island, bikes, motorized scooters, canoes, kayaks, jet skis and fishing boats can be rented daily or weekly.
Parents, for extra alone time, your kids 3-12 will love Camp Fripp as it hosts day camps and kids night out activities. There are also teen programs for 12-17 year olds.
Wanna watch some Dolphins? There are island cruises available along with charter fishing options.
Fripp Island is a private, gated community that offers beautiful beaches, fishing, lots of wildlife, restaurants, and golf. Fripp Club amenity cards can be purchased on your rental contract ($50 a week for each person, depending on the time of year) for access to seven island pools, exercise facility, island activities, golf, tennis, food court, and restaurants. Children 12 and under do not need cards, and cards are not necessary to use beaches. NOTE: the resort is enforcing club cards for EACH person to use the amenities. You cannot share. A 12.8% mandatory Resort fee will be added ONLY IF club cards are selected. This fee is calculated off the base rental rate before taxes, cleaning, deposit, club cards. All rental properties on Fripp are required to charge this fee now. This fee is helping improve Fripp daily from new renovations and new experiences!

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Sandy Feet Retreat is AMAZING! Owners have thought of everything needed to have a fantastic beach vacation! The screened in back porch was great for relaxing and enjoying those afternoon beach storms. The spacious kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. Corn hole and ping pong in the garage were family favorites. The bikes and golf cart included were a big plus too! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home with some of the best amenities. We loved the nearby playground and short ride to the beach. The swinging bed on the porch is the perfect place to relax and watch the kids play. We also loved having the double living spaces so the kids have their area.

Sandy Feet Retreat is a perfect house for a large family vacay!! We had a fabulous stay over the 4th of July week. The house itself is stunning, and the layout is great for a group. From the awesome sizeable screened in porch to the 2 separate family rooms--this was perfect for our family for kiddos to have their own space and the adults to have ours. We would definitely request to stay again!

Beautiful property- spacious, new, well-appointed (great rooms, toys and supplies for the kids, wonderful kitchen). The porches are beautiful and we spent most evenings sitting outside. My family is already planning to return and rent again. The only surprise, as people unfamiliar with Fripp Island, was how far this house was to the beach, pools, etc-- it is not walk-able (though this was alright with the included 6-person golf cart). A++ stay with a great host, highly recommend.

This property is amazing! It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was set up with anything that you possibly could want for cooking family meals. The beds are very comfortable with wonderful linens and spreads. The rear screened porch with gas fireplace is lovely! We honestly can’t say enough about this house that has obviously been set up with great thought for families on vacation. It is five stars all the way!
