259 Tarpon has a roomy screen porch and deck offering the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or to be amazed by the nightly picturesque sunsets. You can watch egrets hunting for their meal with a view of the walking bridge in the background. Deer come wandering through , often stopping to rest in a shady spot .
With a central island location, our comfortable home sleeps 6, plus 1, with a queen sleeper mattress . We have a porta crib, including sheets, for baby. A tv is in each of the airy and light 3 bedrooms, plus a tv in the main living space. Wi-fi is included and tv streaming is through YouTube TV and Roku.
The lower area offers covered space to park two cars plus driveway space for parking two more cars. While relaxing under the fan on the lower deck you can take in the marsh scenery. Here you will also find items to take to the beach: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bocee ball set, boogie boards, sand buckets, and beach carry cart. There is also an outside shower area!
There are no amenity cards available with this rental; however, there are so many ways to enjoy your vacation at Fripp.... golf cart scavenger rides, nature walks, crabbing, beach bocee ball, exploring the beach for shells for afternoon shell art. Then back at the house there is corn hole and ping pong for family competition!
A 4 seater golf cart with front and rear seat belts is included!
259 Tarpon is the perfect place for kids , parents and/or grandparents to make memories and enjoy a family vacation together.
You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit to confirm reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed rental document is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

259 Tarpon was a great house to rent for our family of 7. I love the starters that they thought of, like baby stuff and kitchen stuff, so that we could function without having to pack alot of stuff. The kids, various ages, all enjoyed the bottom level with Cornhole, table tennis and golf cart rides. The adults enjoyed the multiple patios and fully furnished Keurig. I think it'd be great to offer soap and more toilet paper so we wouldn't have to make last minute store runs, but overall, we enjoyed our Christmas visit.
