This property boasts open-concept living and with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there is plenty of room for up to 10 guests. With 3 beautiful decks, visitors can take in the golf course lagoon views and island wildlife. Enhance your experience by taking in the mesmerizing ocean vista from the Crow's Nest, and prepare to be astounded by the celestial sky that unfolds before you when you gaze through the telescope at the brilliant starry nights. A golf cart is included with your rental; get out and explore all the the Lowcountry has to offer from stunning vistas to dining, crabbing, swimming and more.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

First of all I have to say, Fripp island Stay was amazing and easy to work with! I highly recommend using this company for rentals. The house was great and did not disappoint! The beds were all so comfortable!! Beautiful house!!
