Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Great end unit on the second floor. Beautiful ocean view and a nice location. Steps from the golf course, pool and beach access. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Rental included a golf cart which was a bonus since it’s the best way to get around the island!! Can’t wait to come back again.
We really enjoyed our stay here!! We were in town for a wedding and loved how convenient the location was. The views from this end of the island can’t be beat! Loved watching the dolphins! Comfortable beds were appreciated! Everything was clean and updated. Liked the extra twin bed upstairs. Hosts were very attentive and accommodating.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views and the serene atmosphere of the island. The condo itself is equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy while watching the sunset from the kitchen table or the balcony. One of the highlights of our trip was the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk away, we spent our days soaking up the sun, swimming, and collecting seashells. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with lovely views and easy access to beautiful beach, this condo is the perfect choice! We can't wait to return!

Great condo with plenty of space and all the necessities of home. Beautiful sunrises are only steps away. Golf cart was included which made navigating the island a breeze.
