Main bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom, expansive walk-in shower & two additional ensuite bathrooms w/ extravagant tile. This condo sleeps up to 8 people, and also includes a full sleeper sofa. There are 3 TV's with cable and streaming video.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Beautiful home. Kitchen is very well appointed with numerous tools, utensils, pans, etc. Home also had a regular coffee maker and one for k cups. Four bathrooms is definitely a plus! The only “complaint” is that we wished the king bed that was upstairs was in the primary bedroom downstairs as that bed was not very comfortable. Although this is a personal preference and not really a complaint! We also appreciated the home came with a six passenger golf cart. We would definitely book this rental in the future if available!

Excellent property for our family of 5 adults and 2 small kiddos. The location was great and the condo was beautifully done. It had everything we could possibly need, including the golf cart. The owner, Stan, was great to work with, along with the team at Fripp. Looking forward to coming back again in the future
Amazing condo!! We love Fripp and our stay was perfect this year! July 4th festivities are great and our condo was perfect! Easy process getting on the island and in the home! Home was also very well stocked for your stay! Would book this again in a heartbeat!!
Our stay at 611 Newhaven Court was wonderful. Condo was very roomy and had plenty of space for our large family vacation. Having 3 full bathrooms and a half bath helped quite a bit since 2 of our younger adults are pregnant. We would stay here again if we need this much space. The property manager, Marnie, is very helpful if anything is wrong. Thanks again.
Beautiful, spacious condo, with gorgeous views from inside and from the surrounding decks. Loved having covered parking out of the blistering heat! Communication with the owner was excellent!
The condo was very nicely appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We had plenty of space, enjoyed morning coffee and watching the dolphins from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.
