Step into this charming Lowcountry home and enjoy the beautiful fountain and views of Deer Lake. The large back deck is perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or grilling up a “home-cooked” meal for the family. In the evenings, gather around the firepit for storytelling, smores and enjoying the fresh island air.
A short walk or golf cart ride will get you to the nearby community playground and pool, hiking trails and of course the amazing beaches of Fripp Island. Beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, small ice chest, and beach towels are included.
Inside this recently renovated property you’ll find soaring ceilings and large open concept living all centered around a cozy fireplace. There is plenty of room for 6 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen has everything you need for quick snack or special occasion dinners and the adjacent dining area is warm and inviting. All new appliances in the kitchen as well as new washer and dryer.
The primary ensuite has a king bed along with a full bath that was just updated in 2024. The queen and twin guest rooms share a large full bath.
If you have a furbaby, be sure and pack his or her treats as this property is pet friendly.
Enjoy the quiet side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including amazing wildlife, kayaking and more. A 6-seater golf cart is included so everyone can ride together.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

239 Deerfield Court was everything we could’ve wanted and more for our first-ever trip to Fripp Island. The house is beautiful, fully furnished, and in a great location for everything as well. The kitchen is fully stocked for any and every cooking need. The back deck is great for relaxing and watching wildlife in the lagoon in the mornings and evenings. There’s also a great lawn and fire pit area on the side of the house. The 6-seater golf cart makes getting to the beach or markets a breeze and it’s great for taking in the wildlife and sunsets in the evening from anywhere on the island. We also took advantage of the community pool each day right around the corner in easy walking distance from the house. The owner was very helpful in answering any of our questions in the first day or two due to us being “first-timers”, we were quickly promoted to “island pros” after that!! I can’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!!

Let me just say that 239 Deerfield Court did not disappoint. This was our first visit to Fripp Island and I am positive we will be back. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen items to cook your heart out if that is your thing while on vacation, it had everything you needed. No shortage of bath towels either - which is refreshing. For beach days, they even had beach chairs, umbrellas, bags and beach towels to use - so no lugging those in your car if you don't want too! The view of the lagoon off the back deck was great! We would go out and scout for alligators everyday and would see some everyday! If you have an outdoorsy husband like me - he will have a blast! Riding around the island in the 6 seater golf cart was so much fun! We would take a ride every morning and every evening to see how many deer we could find! They are beautiful animals and may have to take a trip back in the fall once the velvet is off their horns! We only stayed 3 nights, so our first full day on the island we spent time at the beach and it was so relaxing, not overly crowded at all, which I love! Second full day we spent at the community pool right around the corner from the house, that again very relaxing and no one was there for the majority of the time we were there. Places we ate dinner at: Foolish Frog (I had steamed shrimp-it was so good!), Lady's Island Dockside (fried flounder and shrimp this time - very good) and lastly the Johnson Creek Tavern (surf and turf-steak and crab legs - also very yummy!) The owner was great and very responsive when I needed to reach out and ask questions. If you like low key beaches without all the busy crap - then this is the place for you! You won't be disappointed!!
Another note about 239 Deerfield Court - let's talk about beds! The king bed was so comfortable! From the mattress and pillows! When I travel I normally don't sleep well at all - but I didn't have any issues sleeping at all! Very refreshing to get a good nights sleep!

Everyone and everything was excellent, the house was clean, comfortable and convenient, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook with, the air was cool, house stayed comfortable and they have a nice golf cart to get you to the beach and back! I rate this a 5 star with all the amenities, will be staying here again!

Beautiful home on Fripp Island! The house had everything we needed for the week. Home was very clean, plenty of towels, linens, blankets, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked, we fixed all our meals in the house. The 6 person golf cart was very helpful. The few minor issues we had were quicky addressed (these were very minor). We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Let me start off by saying that Fripp island is an awesome place to visit. And to add to it, this house was fantastic. We were close to the beach access with a golf cart provided. The owner was super helpful with any and all questions. This house is perfect if you looking for a place to stay at Fripp. This is now my #1 go to for my family vacation.

We have been vacationing at Fripp for almost 20 years and have stayed in many different houses on the island. 239 Deerfield is now at the top of our list! This house is very clean and offers great accommodations. The house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for 6 guests. The back deck was so nice and relaxing and perfect for bird (and alligator) watching. The 6-seater golf cart was an added bonus and is great for getting around the island. The house was well equipped with anything you could need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There were plenty of towels included for the week, they even provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a small rolling cooler, and beach bags. The owner went out of her way to make sure our last-minute trip was perfect. She is on top of it and communicates very well and always responds in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay on Fripp Island! 5+ stars!!!

Perfect Fripp Island house with back deck overlooking lagoon. Words to describe this property: Spotless, very roomy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, quiet community, nicely furnished (not the usual old stuff in most rentals), and cozy. The fireplace in the great room is a beautiful statement when you enter the house. The master bath was new and very nicely done (great use of space). New Washer/Dryer was efficient. Kitchen fully stocked with everything one will need to prepare meals. You'll sleep great on the comfy mattresses. I slept better here than I do at home. Beach towels. beach chairs, cooler. umbrellas provided and the biggest perk is a 6-passenger hardtop battery charged golf cart to tour the island (enjoying the deer, watching alligators and admiring an array of beautiful beach houses). Let's not forget the beach wagon that's provided too. Great place to spend fun yet quiet time on private beaches. We had an awesome trip filled with adventure and relaxation. Thank you to our host Bryan and Karen for the best accommodations ever! So much included at this price point. All you need are your clothes and groceries. Definitely recommend and will choose for our return trips.

For a birthday surprise for my Mother, I rented Karen’s beach house at Fripp Island and it was absolutely beautiful complete with a fire pit gathering place in the yard and a six seater golf cart; the place was very well maintained and we spent the days on the beach and nights riding the golf cart watching the roaming deer. We immensely enjoyed our family time and I highly recommend Karen’s beach house to anyone looking for a beautiful yet peaceful get away.

Beautiful home that comfortable accommodates 6 guest. Nice quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed to cook whatever meal we wanted (crockpot, tall broil pot, casserole dishes). Comfortable outside sitting areas as well.. loved the lights at night! The home had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for us to use, which was appreciated!
