The Caddy's Shack is ready for you, Golf Cart Included and option for Club Cards
We are happy to welcome your crew to our little piece of paradise at Fripp Island. Sleeping nine, our three bedroom, two bathroom home has a gorgeous view of the 13th hole of the championship Ocean Point golf course and all the comforts of home.
We are club members and amenity cards are available for our guests to purchase to enjoy the amenities of the resort including pools, golf, and island rentals.
Is the golf cart included in your rental? Absolutely. Park up to two cars at the house and our 6 seater electric golf cart is ready and at your service. If you need an additional cart there are plenty of options on the island for rentals.
----We invite you to get some rest in any of three comfortable bedrooms:
1)Primary King bedroom w/ Smart TV and ensuite tub and dual shower head
2)King bedroom w/ Smart TV
3)Bunk room w/ full bed, 2 lofted twin bunks, and an additional single twin
Full WIFI capability throughout the house. Stream to your heart’s desire, it’s your vacation. Log in to your own platforms through the smart TVs and YouTube TV is provided.
-The living room is an open design for prime socializing along with a 66in Smart TV and the entertaining kitchen with plenty of seating for your group. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for your vacation. There is a dual coffee pot for single serve keurig pods as well as drip coffee and a french press. We also have an accessible washer/dryer for use for our guests. Step outside on the patio to grill out on the gas grill and take in the scenic view of the golfers attempting to avoid our lagoon on hole 13. Duck if you hear FORE outside!

With a margarita machine and gorgeous golf course and lagoon views, it's always 5 o’clock at The Caddy’s Shack. We hope you choose to enjoy our home for your vacation.
Please note that unfortunately there is a maximum of 2 cars allowed at this home, there is overflow parking available for purchase if needed.
Safety and Security: The island is a gated paradise with a 24/7 security team, but we do have an electronic deadbolt lock and a Ring doorbell for your safety, you will be provided with the code on the day of check in. No need to worry about keys!
We are full members of the Fripp Island Resort Club and guest amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Guest cards are $50 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities. Guest Cards must be arranged with the owner prior to arrival.A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities

Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and must be present during the duration of the stay
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities including golf, pools, and Island Rentals including discounts on paddleboards/golf carts. Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person otherwise. Children 13 and up must have their own card. To visit the island's restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.

Others
Once you get to Fripp you'll want to park the cars and enjoy the island through the use of golf carts. With that being said, it's recommended to stop on your way to the island to get all your groceries. You won't want to leave once you're here! There is a small shopping area at the entry to the island, Springtide Market & Mangos, for small supplies and last minute groceries. We do have starter toiletry items/paper towels/toilet paper/dishwashing detergent/laundry detergent but you will want some additional supplies for your stay if longer than a few days.
We are Beaufort locals and if needed we're just a few minutes away from Fripp. We take great pride in our home and want to make every guest feel like family, we will do everything we can to ensure your vacation is a wonderful experience.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted, CC fee may apply. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check) without any additional fees.
Additional Information for Cancellation Policy: In the case of a natural disaster and/or mandatory evacuation (not voluntary) of the island due to hurricane, or other force majeure event beyond our reasonable control, we will accommodate any unused dates at another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel reservation, notice of cancellation must be more than 60 days prior to your check in date and you will receive a refund for what you have paid. If cancellation request is received less than 60 days prior to your check in date then no refund provided.
In case of a mandatory evacuation (NOT voluntary) of Fripp due to hurricane, or force majeure event beyond our reasonable control-we will accommodate any unused dates at another time or refund remainder of rent.

We had the most wonderful time on Fripp this week. This house had everything we needed and then some. It was so comfortable and allowed us to really enjoy our vacation while having comforts of a fully furnished home. We loved being up close and personal with Fripp wildlife right outside the windows and waking up to the beautiful golf course landscape was a great perk. We loved taking lots of golf cart and bicycle rides, too. PS While we did not have little ones with us, this house was very well equipped for all ages. Very well thought out design.

The Caddy shack is absolutely adorable. Highly recommend this house. Beautifully decorated and awesome location. Owners are great with communicating with us. Enjoyed our first stay on Fripp Island..will definitely be back The Cabaniss family

We had an amazing stay at The Caddy Shack! The house was everything we could ask for and more. The location is beautiful looking right out on the golf course. We saw many deer and a few alligators right out the living room windows! The golf cart was definitely a must have and we enjoyed getting around the island that way. We hope to be back soon!

This is a great house with a very responsive owner! Very clean, super well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of nice touches for guests. I would definitely stay here again. Loved seeing all the wildlife right out the window. It's just minutes to the Ocean Point pro shop in the golf cart (shortcut thru the maintenance area). We had a great time.

The house was spacious, clean, and fully stocked. My wife and I and the kids had a great time together. The open floorplan meant that we were all "together" even if we were doing work from the dining room table, cooking in the kitchen, or watching movies in the living room. The owners were great to work with. We will check it's availability the next time we book a Fripp trip and stay there again. The only thing missing were Nerf guns (kids will understand this point).
Our stay was amazing!! The house is the best, well stocked, comfy and lots of room. The place was so clean, and the golf cart was a perfect addition!!
