The Middle Island location is just steps from the Beach Club's Olympic pool, adult only pool and bar, shops, fitness center, restaurants, tennis, pickle ball courts and much more. The private pool and courtyard is the perfect place for your family to play games or watch the deer roaming at sunset after a long day at the beach.

Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island Resort amenities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, bike rentals, gift shopping and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent bicycles, kayaks, golf cart, SUP or book a dolphin watch cruise. Cards are $50 per person Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the island restaurants, all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Beautiful property!!! Tastefully renovated! Beautiful view and the amenities are amazing. The owners were amazing and so easy to work with! They went above and beyond to make our vacation wonderful! Me, my husband and three children (ages 14, 10, and 3) stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed everything the island had to offer. You can watch the deer and the waves while you sit out on the patio or hop on the golf cart and take a ride to the cabana club for some poolside fun and a meal. Amazing property on an amazing island.
If you are thinking about booking this rental or not…Do It. You will not regret it & it is worth every penny. The center location on the island is ideal. You can walk to the new Food Trucks & Adult Pool/Bar. The private neighborhood pool is a hidden gem. It is a short walk from the ocean and not crowded at all. The Villa is updated & has some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a rental. We loved sitting on the back patio listening to the ocean in the evening. Patrick was so easy to work with for a last minute booking. We can’t wait to come back.
The owners have thoughtfully renovated this property. Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable this week and had the best vacation! The owner provided great communication, and helped us every step of the way! The unit is super clean, secure and close to everything we needed. The activity center is really neat with daily activities for kids. The beds in this unit are really comfortable, too. We will definitely be back!!
