Spectacular marsh views and sunsets in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath low country cottage
This house is in one of the most serene neighborhoods on the island. We are located at the end of a private street, surrounded by beautiful marshes, adjacent to the marsh walk and crabbing/fishing dock with access to the private neighborhood swimming pool that is close by. The home comes complete with a golf cart, kayaks, beach chairs and toys. Amenity cards are available for purchase. Amenity cards are required to access resort amenities: swimming pools, restaurants, bars, tennis, golf and more. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
This is a newly remodeled, comfortable, feel-good home. When you enter the house, a feeling of calm washes over you, and you are immediately taken in by the extraordinary views. Enjoy a 180 degree view of beautiful marshes, wildlife, and the nature that is Fripp Island. From the decks, patio, kitchen, dining and den you will be looking up Old House Creek, enjoying the spectacular views and sunsets over the marsh. The house provides a wonderful setting for outdoor meals on the screened-in back deck or for catching sun on the open deck, while enjoying the multitude of deer and marsh birds. Downstairs, there's an outdoor shower and a propane grill for guests. The fishing from the crab dock is usually fantastic and you will enjoy the fish cleaning station on the patio.
The house has 3 bedrooms, all separated for privacy. The main bedroom has the primary bath and laundry room adjacent. This bathroom has a huge walk in tile shower. The two remaining bedrooms are separated by a jack & jill bathroom with a tiled shower/tub. There is an outside shower is convenient when coming home from a day at the beach or kayaking in the marsh.
Please: NO smoking, NO pets and NO parties or events. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
Check in time is between 4PM-8PM. Check out time is 10AM.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit,

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, but the view is the best part! We loved waking up and heading to the deck to say hello to the deer and all the birds. Golf cart rides to the beach are our new favorite thing! Excellent hosts and immaculate accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had plenty of room, was nicely and comfortably furnished and very well equipped. With the back deck facing west, just about every sunset brought new shades of many colors. The marsh was great for seeing the variety of wildlife, both winged and footed, coming by at various times. The property management team was responsive and great to work with. For the benefit of future renters, be aware that there are no closets in the house. There are pegs in different rooms to hang things on, but just make sure you have enough hangers. We picked up some at the dollar store and left them behind.
This Marsh Dunes home is in a perfect location with a gorgeous view over the marsh with the marina in the distance. Sunsets from the screened porch and deck are the best on the island. The neighborhood is shady and great for walking, listening to the occasional woodpecker. Just a short walk down the street is the marsh boardwalk that offers a bench for sitting and watching for lovely marsh birds. Next to the house is a trail that leads to a private crab dock, another place to enjoy the beauty of the marsh, watch for birds and relax. The house has a beautiful kitchen with views to the deck. The three bedrooms offer comfortable beds and linens. Lynn, owner, is very responsive, easy to work with and kind. Angie, property manager, is also helpful and responsive. We were there in March, a beautiful, quiet time away from the demands of life with daily walks on a gorgeous beach.
This is a beautiful home with an incredible view, (and at the end of a cul-de-sac)... so - also very quiet. The home was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The owner was courteous and very quick to respond to questions. I've been vacationing at Fripp for nearly 20 years, and this home, (and owner) have been the best experience yet. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful trip. The house was a beautiful, spacious house with a gorgeous view of the marsh while being tucked back in a more secluded area of the island. We loved that we didn’t have to even leave the house to get to enjoy being at Fripp-you could simply enjoy it from the back porch. Our kids loved the community pool right around the corner and riding their bikes around the roads and paths around the house. The boys also enjoyed fishing down by the dock right behind the house. Looking forward to visiting and staying here again!
Happy Fripp Year! Frippinfun was a great getaway retreat for New Years after a busy holiday season. It was truly so so peaceful and quiet! The marsh view out back is wonderful, and on the chilliest of days, we were still able to love on that view (and wildlife) from inside because of the open floor plan. We were very blessed to have found such a special place.
