Welcome to 850 Bonito Drive, a peaceful marsh front retreat offering sweeping deep-water views and classic Lowcountry charm. Tucked along the serene salt marsh, this thoughtfully designed home invites you to slow down and soak in the natural beauty that makes Fripp Island so special. With four porches and an open community space next door, the home offers an added sense of privacy and room to relax in a tranquil setting.
Each of the three bedrooms features its own private screened porch and en-suite bath, creating a relaxing and private escape for all guests. Located on the second floor, the spacious primary suite includes a large soaking tub with sunset view, separate shower and double sinks. Also on the second floor, the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and boasts a shower in the en suite bath.

The cozy living room—anchored by a gas fireplace—offers the perfect place to unwind after a day on the island. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for quick snacks and family dinners.
Located just minutes from the marina, Bonito Boathouse, beach access, and golf, it offers the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and easy access to Fripp Island’s favorite amenities. A 6 seat, electric golf cart is included with your stay and is the best way to get around Fripp.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
