The condo is equipped with cable TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, music, games, all linens, a washer and dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen with a microwave for easy meals during your stay. The beach is just a short walk away, and guests also have access to a private pool for even more ways to enjoy the sunshine.
The open living and dining areas flow into the kitchen, creating a comfortable space to gather after a day at the beach. Just off the main living area you’ll also find a welcoming queen guest room, perfect for additional family or friends. Step outside and take in the unparalleled oceanfront view of the Atlantic, where dolphins are often seen playing in the surf. Spend your days fishing from the jetty, hiking, biking, relaxing by the pool, or strolling miles of some of the whitest sands in South Carolina.
Wildlife sightings are part of everyday life on Fripp. Dolphins, deer, eagles, osprey, and pelicans are common visitors, and even the island’s famous alligators can sometimes be spotted in the lagoons during the warmer months. When you’re ready to explore beyond the island, the Lowcountry offers plenty to discover. Historic Beaufort is just a 20-minute drive with charming streets, art festivals, and wonderful local dining. The southern hospitality of Savannah and Charleston are each about an hour and a half away and make for perfect day trips.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

We are situated on the third floor and the Condo, which houses 20 units, has an elevator from the ground level to the 3rd floor.. One Bedroom with Queen bed, Pull out sofa bed in Living room, Linens for Bed and Bath, Full Kitchen with all utensils and cooking needs, Dishwasher, Refridgerator with an ice machine, Microwave Oven, 4 Burner Electric Stove and Oven, Drip Coffee Machine, Wifi Connection, Cable TV, DVD/CD player with music and movies, Games, Washer and Dryer, Ceiling fan in dining area, Balcony chairs.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
