This charming 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath villa is perfect for a couple or a small family. Filled with natural light and tastefully decorated in vibrant colors suitable for a seaside condo, the unit offers private access to the community pool. Ideal for a couple's retreat, the elevator ensures easy access to this second-floor villa.

Fripp Island, a 3000-acre gated paradise, was recognized by USA Today on August 8, 2023, as one of the top three vacation islands in the United States. Designated as a wildlife sanctuary, Fripp Island is home to deer, alligators, and a variety of birds. Nature flourishes in our island haven, and the sunset views are truly breathtaking.

Explore over 3 miles of pristine, uncrowded beaches. Take romantic walks during low tide, indulge in beachcombing, try treasure hunting with a metal detector, go fishing, crabbing, shelling, or simply unwind on the beach. Hop in the included golf cart and experience the island like a local.

Hyp-Nautic Views, situated at the quiet, northern tip of the island, features a private community pool on the ocean and is surrounded by the Ocean Point golf course in the North Hampton community.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and tick/flea treatments to be considered with reservation. Number of pets allowed: 1 (dogs only). Pet weight requirement: no more than 65 lbs. 


NO SMOKING ALLOWED! 

Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere. 
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, island parks, shops, the Marina deli or Springtide market.  The community center activities also do not require a card.

Payments & Policies

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.

Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s). If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
