Brand-new exterior doors invite in natural light and provide a clean modern look. The upper and lower levels feature newly built decking, creating multiple spaces to unwind and take in the coastal surroundings. The new decks extend the living space outdoors and offer a seamless connection to the beach lifestyle. Other updates include new paint to the entire interior and exterior, new floors, new lighting, and new furnishings in 2021.

Happy Hours would be the perfect fit for a large family vacation or several families looking to vacation together. The open floorplan makes it easy to gather together while cooking meals AND never lose the Ocean View. Beach access 5 is a wooden walkway and steps away from the back porch. Beach Access 4 is a flat dirt walkway that will make your walk to the beach with your wagon MUCH easier. NO steps for either beach access.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Our vacation was wonderful!! The pictures do not do the property justice. The newly renovated home was better than expected. It is well appointed but comfortable for our multi-generational family. Our children and grandchildren were able to spread out and enjoy their time together. The beds were comfortable and the views were spectacular!! Hoping we can return next year!! Thanks Brittany for a wonderful stay! You were an excellent host!!
Fabulous House!! Beautiful views from every room, especially on the top decks. Beach access right next door, on either side. Quiet location was a bonus. Will definitely want to stay at Happy Hours again!!
We love Fripp Island and specially loved our residence. The views are incredible from the terrace and bedrooms. Our owner Brittany was amazing and helpful in every possible way. Cannot say enough great things about this house and wildlife preservation specially the deer’s.
We had an amazing stay on Fripp Island. The house worked out perfectly for my family. It was extremely clean on check in, we had no problems to report at all. The owner was very friendly and great to deal with. It had plenty of room about the house for my family to spread out and relax for a week. Our girls absolutely loved riding the golf carts around the island and seeing all the deer wandering about. Sunrise walks on the beach were amazing. The kids loved the activity center and seeing all the animals. We played tennis and pickle ball a few times, the courts were not crowded at all. We will definitely be back for another visit, my family truly loved this house and Fripp Island.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home! Everything was super clean. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a holiday family meal. There’s a well organized binder at the house which contains everything you need to know about staying at Fripp Island. The owners were spectacular. We really enjoyed our time here and made many memories.

We loved being at Fripp again and staying at Happyhours was such a treat! The view is incredible and lots of room to spread out! My family loved the 2 sitting areas of the kitchen and multiple outdoor porches! Beautiful place to stay and enjoy all Fripp has to offer!
This is the best house ever! Everything is beautiful and spotless! The location is also perfect - close enough to the beach for lovely views, and only a short walk to put your toes in the sand. Having two golf carts was heavenly. The guys could play golf, but the girls and kids still had wheels to explore without getting into the car. We planned next years trip before we checked out this year!!!! Last but not least -the owners are so helpful and respond to your needs immediately! We can’t wait until our return!
Amazing home in the perfect location on Fripp. Serenity, privacy, space, beautiful views and Brittany was the lovliest host. Our time at ‘happy hours’ couldn’t have been better-a truly magical place.
I highly recommend this home for a family of 8-10 people. The home is very comfortable and the view is fabulous. The owner is very prompt when responding to questions.
This house is beautiful and well located. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The walk to the beach isn't too bad and the beach is wide and beautiful. We loved having 2 golf carts so our family of 5 could get around. We had an awesome vacation!
We had an incredible stay with extended family at Happy Hours, even with Tropical Storm Debbie keeping us housebound for the first four days of vacation. The House is beautiful, located on a short and quiet street, has unrivaled oceanfront views, and has two very close beach access options. It was stocked with everything we possibly could have needed and was spotless. The two included golf carts were an amazing bonus! We also can't say enough about the amazing owners! They are incredibly kind and helpful. They called/texted to check in on us during the storm to make sure we were ok and even offered to extend our stay for free to make up for the days that were rained out by Debbie. They truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality! We will definitely be returning to Happy Hours next year!
Overall, very good rental experience. The owner is receptive to questions and addressed issues quickly. The only problems we had were some maintenance issues with the golf carts and the house - most of which were communicated by the owner prior to renting; however, there was an issue with a golf cart that wasn't known, the sewer system flooded while we were there, and all the propane tanks were empty and we were responsible for filling them.

We apologize for the issues with the sewer system as many homeowners have been dealing with challenges due to the hurricane last month and those issues were beyond our control. As always, we strive to respond as quickly as possible to any concerns. As far as the golf cart, when we learned of the issue you had, we had a replacement golf cart delivered for you to use that day no questions asked. HappyHours is a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation. The home was very clean and welcoming. The pictures do not do the house justice. The views are amazing! It was super nice having access to 2 golf carts during our stay. An added bonus and one of my personal favorites was the bed swing outside the master suite; it was extremely peaceful and relaxing! I'm looking forward to returning!

We love Fripp Island. This house was by far the best we have stayed in. It was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We loved riding on the golf carts looking for deer and gators.
