Beautiful Custom built home located in convenient part of the island,overlooking the 17th hole. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach,marina,and bonito boathouse restaurant. House has 3 bedrooms all with private porch,bathroom, and smart TV's. Wi-fi and cable is supplied . Upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed,downstairs bedroom has a queen bed,third bedroom sleeps four with a bunk twin,king,and trundel twin. Large flat screen TV in living room. Two back porches of living room and primary bedroom are screened in and overlook golf course and pond that will keep you captivated for hours.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Clean, lovely house. Nice layout; wonderful porches. Easy kitchen with everything we needed - but, constructively, juice glasses and drawer pulls would be nice. A small broom to sweep up would help, too. Very comfortable bedding; adequate living room furnishings (tv/stereo sounds should be great once they’re connected!). Parking the golf cart in its alcove allowed easy garage access for our car, etc. Perhaps a little tree-pruning out back would give better sight lines to the pond and golf course??? But I’m being picky there… we REALLY enjoyed our stay - your house only enhanced our 20th (??!!) visit to the little slice of heaven that is Fripp that we’ve come to know and love!
This place is awesome!! Family plus extended family of seven stayed here and we made so many memories. Kitchen is well stocked. The elevator was definitely a plus as one person had knee surgery a few months ago. Location was great and even though it’s on a main road, the traffic never bothered us. Screened in porches…overall this place is fabulous! I can’t vouch for the television service cause we never turned them on. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our vacation. And thanks for the memories!!
We enjoyed our stay here, it was clean and had everything we needed the only thing is the TV was too smart for us! Lol
We had to leave early due to storm but we absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and the owners went above and beyond to see that we had instructions for everything we needed. Including labeled light switches. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the elevator was perfect getting her in and out of the house. The pond behind the house was magical!!! The golf cart was so convenient to see everything on the Island!! We loved Fripp and got to see the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen!!! We will be back for sure!!!

This was our second time visiting Fripp Island. WE Thoroughly enjoyed our week with our family. The pools were and the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed the karaoke, trivia and the gift shops. The ice cream truck was good, there needs to be a better system for the amount of people want ice cream. Cones or cups were the only options available but the website advertised other choices. The pizza truck was delicious too, little bit of a wait. Overall we had a wonderful week and look forward to returning soon!
