Fripp Island Roberts' Roost, located at 413-Wahoo-Drive is a beautiful, updated, 2700 square feet, 2 story home located near the best amenities at Fripp Island. And to best enjoy all of Fripp Island's wonderful amenities and beautiful nature, this home comes with a 6 person, "limo" golf cart. *Fripp Island Club Guest cards to enjoy all of the Resort amenities are available for purchase with the rental of this home. The large comfortable 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms home is great for a large family, 2-foursomes of golfers, a girls trip, or couples wanting great gathering spaces with friends/family, but also some privacy, including private bathrooms in each bedroom. 10 adults maximum. From experience, we know the house is very comfortable and works well in every circumstance! The home is located across the street from the Ocean Creek golf course clubhouse, and 1 minute walk, or quicker golf cart ride, to the fun Davis Love park. The wonderful Cabana club and it's pools, the Marina and Bonito Boathouse, the Activity center, and Wardles Landing are all within 2 minutes golf cart ride, and the nearest beach access is also just a 2 minutes golf cart ride away! We love this location!
Features include an open-concept, large eat-in kitchen with great views of the golf course fairway, lots of beautiful palms and a lively pond. Deer, birds and other wildlife are seen most every morning and afternoon, often walking right by the screened back porch. In the kitchen you'll find a coffee bar with both Keurig and regular brew coffee makers, a shelf with a collection of barware, a sideboard full of festive serving platters, serving bowls, etc. and a separate beverage refrigerator. The kitchen cabinets are full of most anything you could ever need or want to prepare great meals, desserts, etc. There are large quantities of dishes, bowls, glassware, silverware, etc. so you aren't worrying about having enough clean before each meal. A pantry closet is also located in the kitchen to store all your shelf-stable food, coolers, etc. The large farmhouse table seats 8+, kitchen counter bar seats 4, and a window-front bar table seats 2.
The screened porch can be accessed from the kitchen or great room and has a lounger that's perfect for a nap. The porch is also a perfect place to enjoy beautiful views and wildlife, and has a glass top table for morning coffee, casual outdoor dining or card/game playing for up to 6.
The large, open concept to the kitchen, great room features 2 story ceilings and a wall of windows for great outdoor views and lots of natural light. When the weather is right, the large slider will open up to the screened porch. A large sectional sofa seats many, with a lounger and other additional seating also in the room. The extra-large Smart TV and DVD player is great for entertaining the whole gang; stream or mirror what you want, or watch YOUTUBE TV provided. In the bookcase surrounding the TV, there is an AM/FM radio/ CD player stereo which also features Bluetooth so you can play tunes from your devices.
Off the main hallway downstairs is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board. Next to the laundry room is a half bathroom, convenient from outdoors, or home's gathering areas. The hallway also has plenty of hooks for hanging bags, jackets, etc, a place to hang keys, and a bench with storage for shoes, flip flops, etc.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom is an en-suite. The main bedroom is on the main floor and has a King bed, Roku TV with YOUTUBE TV and a DVD player. That en-suite includes a spacious bathroom with a shower, jetted whirlpool tub combo, and a large walk-in closet. The other main floor bedroom has a queen bed, a Roku TV, and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The largest bedroom in the house is located upstairs and was built as an upstairs primary bedroom. It is now outfitted as a multi-bed room, which contains a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, as well as an additional twin bed with twin trundle beneath. The room is comfortable for a couple, or roomy enough to sleep up to 6 children...or 5 golfers/etc.who don't mind sharing a room, but want their own bed. This room also has a Roku TV, and 2 large closets. The en-suite for this room is very large and features double sinks, a large jetted whirlpool tub, and an oversized walk-in tiled shower. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, a sunny sitting area, a spacious closet, a Roku TV and the en-suite bathroom has a single sink and a walk-in shower.
The front of the house has a small covered porch with 2 chairs and small side table. The front gated courtyard has a sunny deck with an outdoor table and chairs, an outdoor hot/cold water shower, storage with beach chairs, sand toys, and outdoor games, and a sodded yard for games.
A gas grill with side burner is located off the back porch near the kitchen, convenient for meal preparation.
**Fripp Island Club Guest Cards Fripp Island Club Guest cards are required for EACH guest 13 years or older when accessing a Fripp Island Club amenity. Children 12 and under do not need a card, but must be accompanied by an adult with a Club Guest Card. All adults will be asked to show a Club Guest Card when accessing a Fripp Island Club amenity.
Club cards allow access to:
- Two 18-hole golf courses (named as a "100 Best Golf Resorts in North America" by Links Magazine).
- Ten-court Racquet club complex with year-round Tennis on eight soft Fast-Dry courts and two hard surface courts.
- A variety of on-island shops and restaurants, including the popular Food Court and the Bonito Boathouse.
- Nine sparkling swimming pools.
- Island Excursion Rentals (sunset cruises on The Fripper, golf carts, beach bikes, scooters, boats, etc.).

Amenities
Each rental includes a 6 seater, "limo" electric golf cart. Fripp Island Resort Club Guest cards are available for purchase. Beach chairs, sand toys and yard games are located in outdoor storage. Each of the 4 bedrooms features an en-suite bath, and has a Roku TV. YOUTUBE TV service in Greatroom and downstairs primary bedroom.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

I have stayed at this property twice this year. It is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The large upstairs bedroom with all the beds provides a lot of flexibility for kids or golfers. The house is conveniently located on the island to the beach and all activities. The provided limo golf cart is a plus. Even though it is an attached townhome, we never heard our neighbors. The owner and the property management company are great to work with. Upon arriving on our first visit, we found the front door handle was broken which made it very hard to open, close, and lock the door. Once notified the property management company immediately came over to fix the door. Every fall I bring a group of golfers to Fripp. We were scheduled to play when hurricane Ian was to hit Fripp. I contacted the owner and ask if we could reschedule our trip. The owner did not hesitate in letting us reschedule. It is my understanding that Fripp Resort would not let renters reschedule their visits during Ian. It is reinsuring to know that the owner and property management team are flexible and quickly address any issue that arises. I will continue renting this property in the future.

Best house ever!!! We've been vacationing at Fripp for over 20 years. We love Fripp so much, but each year were always searching for a more comfortable and better maintained rental for our family’s yearly vacation. This house is SO spacious, comfortable and beautiful, just perfect! Each of the 4 bedrooms having its own bathroom, plus an extra hall bathroom, was fabulous! And the huge open concept kitchen and living area was wonderful for the whole family being together, yet having space to do different things. My grandkids loved the large kid's bedroom and bathroom, so much space for them. The kitchen was so well outfitted, plus all appliances appeared to be new, the whole house was well maintained. We loved sitting on the back porch in the morning and evening watching all the deer come by for a visit, and the pond and beautiful palm trees make such a nice view. The front courtyard gave the kids a safe place to play(plus they loved being so close to the playground), and having a nice 6 person golf cart included with the rental made this spacious and gorgeous house an absolute bargain! We will be back!
This home was the perfect space for our women's retreat! Our group of 10 had plenty of space to gather, around the table and in the den. Everyone had a space to sleep. The numerous bathrooms were a big plus!! The golf cart was great to have to get us to the beach during breaks. Thanks!
