Set on a private half-acre lot, the home sleeps up to eight guests and combines gorgeous marsh views, abundant wildlife and quiet Lowcountry surroundings with convenient access to the beach and island activities.
A golf cart is included with your stay, placing the beach approximately four to five minutes away. The Sawgrass Bluff neighborhood pool is also just a short walk from the house.

RELAX BY THE MARSH
The marsh-front porch may become your favorite part of the house. Start the morning with coffee while watching the birds and deer, enjoy dinner at the outdoor table for six, or settle in with a glass of wine as the evening light stretches across the marsh.
The home’s private setting offers a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach while keeping you close to everything Fripp Island has to offer.
LIVING AND DINING
The comfortable living room provides plenty of space for everyone to relax, with a large sectional, additional seating, a television and a charming fireplace-style feature for cozy evenings.
The dining table seats six, with three additional counter stools nearby. The adjoining kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals, beach snacks or a relaxed Lowcountry dinner at home.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom One
Queen bed with a dedicated full bathroom directly across the hall. The bathroom includes a shower.
Bedroom Two
Queen bed and bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub-and-shower combination. This room is especially convenient for families with children.
Bedroom Three
Located upstairs, this spacious retreat includes a queen bed, twin bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A private sitting area and television provide additional space for children, teens or guests who want a quiet place to unwind.
Loft Workspace
A small loft office and high-speed internet make it possible to work remotely, attend virtual meetings or extend your stay beyond a traditional vacation week.
EXPLORE FRIPP ISLAND
Use the included golf cart to explore the island, reach the beach or discover Fripp’s natural beauty. Guests can enjoy walking and biking trails, golf, tennis, water activities, wildlife viewing, restaurants and resort amenities.
FRIPP ISLAND RESORT AMENITY CARDS
Fripp Island Resort amenity cards are optional and may be purchased for guests who want access to participating resort pools, restaurants, bars, golf, tennis and certain other resort facilities.
Each guest age 13 or older must have an individual amenity card to access these facilities. When amenity cards are purchased, Fripp Island Resort assesses an additional resort fee equal to 12.8% of the rental amount, in addition to the cost of the cards. These fees are established by Fripp Island Resort and are separate from the rental rate.

PET POLICY
Pre-approved pets are welcome. The nonrefundable pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for each additional approved pet. All pets must receive approval before arrival. Additional charges apply for unapproved pets.
EXTENDED WINTER STAYS
Looking for a quiet coastal escape for a month or longer? Splash of Chic is available for select extended stays during the winter season. The home’s high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, three full bathrooms and peaceful marsh-front setting make it especially comfortable for remote work, snowbird stays or an extended change of scenery.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
We had a really wonderful stay at Splash if Chic! This was our first time to Fripp and we loved the experience. So much wildlife! The home was clean and comfortable. It had all the basic appliances and cookware for cooking at home. Having the golf cart was great. We enjoyed the privacy in our neighborhood, away from the "busier" part of the resort. A nice short walk to the neighborhood pool and a quick golf cart ride to the beach! We also appreciated being able to bring our pet. The owner contacted us about repairs that needed done during our stay, but fortunately their property manager took care of that before we even arrived! We also were thankful for the recommendations and island history the owners provided in a binder for us to read through. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.
Great place to unwind and immerse yourself in the peace of Fripp! The Marsh is special and this home is so inviting!
Loved our stay at 832 Marsh dunes! This was our son’s first beach trip and it was perfect. We spent a week here for a relaxing family vacation and had the best time. The house has been updated and feels very beachy inside. The view across the marsh is stunning. The house was well equipped with basics and we had plenty of space. The golf cart and neighborhood pool were added bonuses! The washer and dryer worked well, so I was able to wash all clothes before returning home. The owner was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to bring our pets with a reasonable pet fee. This meant the world to us, since our dogs are such an important part of our family. We had a couple of mild concerns while at the house and Angie, the local manager, was extremely efficient and had our concerns resolved quickly. We can’t wait to return next year and make more memories at 832 Marsh Dunes.
This property is in a great location with absolutely stunning views of the marsh. Having a golf cart included is always a must for us and makes things so much more convenient than having to arrange this ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed to prepare meals there at the home- but I had to get down and rearrange the cabinets in order to have any space to store the food we brought that didn't go in the fridge. There is a spacious island and we could have sat it there - but with limited counter space, this wasn't a good option for me. We also found the mattresses to be worn and sagging. So much so that my husband and I opted to sleep in 2 separate beds after the first night of both of us rolling towards the middle of the bed. I also brought my car window shade in from my vehicle to place in the window to block out the light from the automatic flood lights outside that made it difficult to dim the room at night.
