Who's ready for a beautiful relaxing stay on Fripp Island with Family and Friends on a half acre Marsh Front Property enjoying all the amenities the resort has to offer? For my nature loving vacation friends this is the spot! Splash of Chic is ready to host your trip.
This recently redone 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is a beautiful oasis within the neighborhood of Sawgrass Bluff (a community within Fripp Island).
Living Room:
The Living Room has a sectional Sofa and Club chair that welcomes a group of 6-8 comfortably. Definitely a great spot to relax, and on a cold night turn on the "fire place" to get cozy and play some games.
Dining Room:
Right off of the Living Room you will find a table for 6 with 3 additional Bar Stools for the kids or to chit chat while cooking a group dinner.
Porch:
Open one of the sliding glass doors off of the dining room or kitchen and step out onto a porch overlooking the Marsh. The porch comes equipped with a table and chairs set for 6. This area is great for night time fun and make sure you get ready for deer and raccoons who are sure to make an appearance. (This is one of our favorite things to do at night. It's amazing how much nature is on this island. The house also has a charcoal grill, so feel free to cook out, but please bring your own coal!
Bedroom 1:
This is the first bedroom downstairs, and this room as a queen bed, and bathroom is across the hall with a shower.
Bedroom 2:
Bedroom has a bunk bed and one queen sized bed. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3:
Upstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a queen bed and 1 twin bed. This bedroom also has a sofa with a tv, as a separate living room in case the kids want to watch something different.
Loft:
There is a small loft office area at the top of the stairs. The house comes equpped with high speed internet for those that need to stay connected to work.
Neighborhood & Location:
This house is located in Sawgrass Bluff on Fripp Island. This is a Marsh Front Community, and the house is just a 4-5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and a short walk to the pool. You will love waking up on the marsh and being able to enjoy a beautiful view morning, day, and dusk. Amenity cards are available for purchase, and if you are looking for a low key vacation with a pool and beach on the marsh with opportunities to explore the island and surrounding areas, this is the spot!
Pets:
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We had a really wonderful stay at Splash if Chic! This was our first time to Fripp and we loved the experience. So much wildlife! The home was clean and comfortable. It had all the basic appliances and cookware for cooking at home. Having the golf cart was great. We enjoyed the privacy in our neighborhood, away from the "busier" part of the resort. A nice short walk to the neighborhood pool and a quick golf cart ride to the beach! We also appreciated being able to bring our pet. The owner contacted us about repairs that needed done during our stay, but fortunately their property manager took care of that before we even arrived! We also were thankful for the recommendations and island history the owners provided in a binder for us to read through. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.
Great place to unwind and immerse yourself in the peace of Fripp! The Marsh is special and this home is so inviting!
