Club cards are available for purchase with additional resort fee. The cards are currently $50. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf courses and tennis courts, restaurants and bars, Activity Center and Camp Fripp, swimming pools, and more.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

Fantastic stay. This is one of our favorite stays anywhere. The house had everything you would need and the views were amazing. We looked forward to breakfast in the kitchen every morning and looking at the jaw dropping scenery. However, everyone would comment how difficult it was to wake up and get out of bed because the beds were so comfortable!

103 Ocean Point Drive on Fripp Island was a delightful stay over the new year holiday with very accommodating space - the setting of the house on the golf course with a horizon view of the ocean from the back and front of the house was beautiful! Great location on the island to get around to the beach on any part of the island! Highly recommended!

This was an amazing house and the pictures didn’t do it justice! We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers and had so much space to spread out and enjoy. The house was clean, decorated lovely, and equipped with everything we needed - especially in the kitchen. The views from the porch were fantastic! Kelly and Frank were responsive and helpful with my questions. By far, the best place we’ve stayed over 20+ years of going to Fripp!
This home exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room for our big family to sleep and to hang out together. We especially loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a crowd- that is not always the case even when we have rented homes large enough to accommodate all of us! It worked out well that the fourth bedroom was over the garage and not connected to the house because my daughter stayed there with her baby and didn't have to worry about the baby crying and waking anyone. We loved the porches and the view. If we had any questions, Kelly answered immediately. We look forward to staying in this home again!
Our family just returned from our 3rd year vacationing at beautiful Fripp. 103 Ocean Point was for sure our favorite. The home is clean, spacious and beautiful. Beautiful ocean views inside and out. Comfortable seating to spread out throughout the home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner each night and room for us all to sit down and be together. Frand and Kelly were available to answer any questions we had. Wonderful week at Our Haven with many memories made. The Hawks and Greggs
