Absolutely stunning custom designed island home! This home will be your own private resort at the beach with a year-round pool, stone water slide, cave, hot tub, and fabulous patio with a fire table and outdoor kitchen in a secluded setting. The grounds and pool-scape are picture perfect! The home is luxurious and yet superbly comfortable and casual. This private oasis is unique to the island ... Six bedrooms, six full baths, saltwater swimming pool with waterfall, cave and slide. Bath entrance from pool for convenience. Bathrooms are supplied with amenities including hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Wolf six-burner gas range, Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer with four additional refrigerator drawers, two Bosch dishwashers, and oversized pantry. One bedroom has two Full beds, four bedrooms with king beds, and one bunk room (3 bunk beds) sleeping six. Bathrooms have heated floors. Laundry room has two washer/dryer unites plus a utility sink.
A golf cart may be rented. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use a golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!
Fripp Island club cards may be purchased. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-PET PROPERY. PETS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. BRINGING PET(S) TO THE PROPERY IS A VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. The cost during peak season is $50 / week for adults 13 years or older. Kids 12 and under do not need cards. The cost for off season is $35/Week
A new resort fee of 12.8% of the total rent will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
This property does not include a golf cart but one may be rented for a cost of $350-400 / week. Beaufortcarts.com allows you to rent them online. You can also call Island Excursions at 848-838-1518. They are located in the Marina on Fripp Island. You do need an amenity card to reserve from Island Excursions.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Thank you for sharing your special home! What an amazing oasis for family and friends to gather for our annual summer trip in August 2020. First time to Fripp, and we loved it! We can’t say enough great things about this stunning property; it deserves more than five stars - it’s a mini resort! The owners have truly thought of everything you need from the well appointed chef’s kitchen and comfy beds and baths with plenty of linens to the pool area with outdoor kitchen and dining including a thoughtful variety of chairs, tables, umbrellas, pool and beach toys, etc. Highly recommend for all age groups seeking an escape, be it solace or for lots of fun in the sun. A very special retreat. Thank you! We will be back!
We loved our stay at this property! This house is beautiful, with first-class construction details and gorgeous finishes. The outdoor environment, with the incredible pool, was a huge hit with our family. The professional-grade kitchen with extra appliances made meal prep and clean up for a large group easy. Bob, the property manager, was great to work with, and even emailed with travel information. Our week at 518 Remora Circle was a wonderful and memorable experience for our family!
Stunning! This home is perfect. Spotless from top to bottom. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Gorgeous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The pool area speaks for itself....just lovely. My family enjoyed every moment. We can't wait to go back.
Wow, we were absolutely blown away by The Guesthouse at 518 Remora. The house was beautifully maintained and completely spotless. Kudos to their housekeeping team because its rare to find a home of this size so clean. Even the pool and hottub were clean and well maintained! The hottub heated up literally within minutes, and was the focal point of our stay. The waterfall and lights were so relaxing, we’ve already started planning our next stay. We also appreciated the welcome gift, which really shows they care about their guests. I also want to give a shoutout to Fripp Island Stay, the company that manages this property. We’ve stayed on Fripp many times with other companies but this one is the BEST. They were quick to respond to questions and did everything they said they’d do. Their professionalism along with the thoughtful owner of this house made for a perfect stay and can’t wait to go back!
