472 Tarpon is a lovely oceanfront property with 4 bedrooms and an in-law suite accessible from the ground level. The private in-law suite has a queen bed, TV, DVD player, a full bath with a beautiful walk in shower. The main house is set up with two bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other with the kitchen, dining and living rooms in between. Each side shares a full-size bathroom. There are 2 living areas, one on the beach side with a wall of windows over looking the beach and sparkling ocean. The other living area is across from it with doors opening to a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and doors that open to a deck with a gorgeous beach view. Also, on the beach side, is a full-size bedroom with doors opening to a balcony. In either location, it's a magnificent place to enjoy early morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, all appliances. With this open floor plan, leading into the dining and living areas, no one will be left out of family fun.
Golf carts may be rented from Island Excursions located in the Marina. What a great way to cruise Fripp and take in all the amenities and wildlife the island has to offer....or, drive the cart to the beach, and stop for ice cream at the Food Court! This is how most like to travel while on Fripp Island.
Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. These cards are required to visit and restaurants, pools, play golf or tennis, and to pick up your golf cart. They also offer you discounts on golf and tennis.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
