The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property.
472 Tarpon is a lovely oceanfront property with 4 bedrooms and an in-law suite accessible from the ground level. The private in-law suite has a queen bed, TV, DVD player, a full bath with a beautiful walk in shower. The main house is set up with two bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other with the kitchen, dining and living rooms in between. Each side shares a full-size bathroom. There are 2 living areas, one on the beach side with a wall of windows over looking the beach and sparkling ocean. The other living area is across from it with doors opening to a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and doors that open to a deck with a gorgeous beach view. Also, on the beach side, is a full-size bedroom with doors opening to a balcony. In either location, it's a magnificent place to enjoy early morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, all appliances. With this open floor plan, leading into the dining and living areas, no one will be left out of family fun.
Golf carts may be rented from Island Excursions located in the Marina. What a great way to cruise Fripp and take in all the amenities and wildlife the island has to offer....or, drive the cart to the beach, and stop for ice cream at the Food Court! This is how most like to travel while on Fripp Island.
Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. These cards are required to visit and restaurants, pools, play golf or tennis, and to pick up your golf cart. They also offer you discounts on golf and tennis.
This is not a pet friendly home.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

The property fits our needs well as a family. The bathrooms need to be updated badly though. The lighting is honestly terrible in all bathrooms. The bedrooms could use some better storage space (actual dressers would be nice) and mirrors. But, the location is perfect, the deck is great and the beach is right there.

The house looks great now, everything is new and updated.
We stayed at this beautiful property 6/10-6/17/23 and had an excellent stay. Upon arriving, we walked in the entrance and up the stairs and were immediately awed by the stunning ocean view seen through the living room windows. Ownership of the house had just changed prior to our arrival, so there were some initial issues with Wi-Fi but the property manager was resolute at getting it resolved in a timely manner. She was very responsive to our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!
This beach home met our family's needs beautifully. It is on the beach, has plenty of space for large groups (we had 9), and is well equipped. The common space needs more light at night and the oven did not hold to temp. No other complaints. we loved our time in Fripp.
