Just pack your bathing suit and a towel and head on to Fripp. We will provide anything you might bring from home. Osprey Point is located on the most picturesque lot on the northern end of Fripp Island. Watch the sunrise on the front porch as the dolphins frolick in the ocean and the herons hunt for breakfast. After a day on 4 miles of private beach, come watch the sunset on the screened back porch. It is our desire for your family to make memories that will last from generation to generation.
The 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is located on the northern most point of Fripp Island, it sits directly on the Fripp Inlet with breathtaking views of Hunting Island, Fripp Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the dolphins breach while rocking on the porch. Osprey Point rental includes a golf cart, beach wagon and chairs and plenty of beach toys, so need to pack these. Come and relax and leave your cares behind.

A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to resort amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
