Forget the hassle of beach parking. Our home is ideally located within walking distance of the beach, pickleball courts, The Sandbar, the adult pool, and other island amenities. Just grab your chair and take the short 250-yard stroll to the sand.
Whether you're gathering after a day at the beach, fishing or crabbing from the dock, or enjoying a quiet evening at home, you'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house features six Smart TVs located in every bedroom, the living room, and screened porch, along with fast, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The floor plan is especially well suited for two families vacationing together, offering spacious common areas and private bedroom suites.
The main level includes an open-concept living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen, powder room, and guest suite with a queen bed and private bath. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, abundant cabinetry, a large pantry, and everything needed to prepare family meals. A beverage cooler and second refrigerator in the garage provide plenty of extra space for drinks and groceries.
A screened porch offers a peaceful outdoor living space perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening cocktails overlooking the canal. An elevator provides convenient access to all levels of the home.
Upstairs, you'll find the primary suite with a king bed and private bath, a second queen bedroom with private bath, and a spacious bunk room featuring two full-over-twin bunks. The bunk room also serves as a great gathering space for movies, games, and relaxing after a day of island adventures, while comfortably accommodating additional adults on group trips.
Additional amenities include an enclosed garage, laundry room, private backyard, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. After a day on the beach, you'll quickly discover why guests love showering under the open sky before settling in for another memorable Fripp Island evening.
Amenities
Our canal-front home enjoys a central Fripp Island location with easy access to the beach and the island's many amenities. A fixed pier head and floating dock are located directly behind the house, while Beach Access #17 is just 250 yards away. Fripp Island offers more than 28 public beach access points, many with golf cart and bicycle parking.
As Fripp Island Resort members, we are able to offer guests the option to purchase Resort Amenity Cards. These cards provide access to the resort's pools, golf courses, tennis and pickleball facilities, dining venues, and many organized activities. Resort Amenity Cards are optional and carry an additional fee set by the resort, which we pass through without markup. Many guests enjoy the flexibility of choosing whether resort access best fits their vacation plans, while others take advantage of Fripp's beautiful beaches, bike paths, fishing, boating, and natural amenities without purchasing cards.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy two championship courses. The George W. Cobb-designed Ocean Point course offers a classic oceanside links-style experience, while the Davis Love III-designed Ocean Creek course has earned a 4½-star rating from Golf Digest. Young golfers can develop their skills at the popular Wee Links course designed especially for children.
Tennis and pickleball players will appreciate Fripp's excellent racquet facilities, featuring ten tennis courts, pickleball courts, professional instruction, clinics, and organized play opportunities.
Guests have access to a wide variety of dining and recreation options throughout the island, including five restaurants, seven pools, and numerous gathering spots. The popular Cabana Club features ocean views, a heated pool, a large children's pool with a frog slide, and a resort-style pool complete with waterfalls and caves. Nearby you'll find outdoor bars, ice cream, pizza, a convenience market, and a ship's store.
Families love Camp Fripp, which offers supervised day camps and Kids' Night Out programs for children ages 3–12, giving parents an opportunity to enjoy some time on their own. Teen activities, nature programs, social events, and seasonal family activities are available throughout the year.
Looking for even more adventure? Fripp Island's extensive bike paths are perfect for walking, running, and cycling. Golf carts, bicycles, kayaks, and other recreational equipment are readily available for rent from local providers, giving guests the flexibility to customize their island experience to fit their needs. Popular excursions include dolphin cruises, shelling trips to nearby islands, sunset cruises, and charter fishing adventures.

All weekly stays are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed to.
Payment terms per rental agreement - in full if within 30 days of arrival - otherwise 50% on booking and balance plus refundable $500 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrrival. Payment by echeck requires verification - can take up to 2 business days to process.
Total cost will include $350 cleaning, 3% booking fee, 10% accomodation/sales tax, $500 refundable security deposit and Resort access if you wish to purchase. We are CLUB members. Requests to include amenity card/resort guest cards will include a 12.8% resort fee plus applicable per card fees $25/$39/$55 depending on season. If unfamiliar with Resort - please ask questions or request a call before booking (see below).

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel this reservation, you may apply the rental to another open week as substitute stay. Otherwise, you will forfeit all sums paid to date, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! It was a perfect fit for our large crew, the elevator was a huge plus! Michele was so kind and quick to help with any questions. This is definitely a home we will be visiting again!
We loved our stay at 357 Tarpon! The home is new, spacious, & equipped with everything you could need. Our young boys loved the bunk room and toy chest. They also have a great collection of puzzles and board games. I spent most of my time on the back porch. You cannot beat the location! We were across the street from the perfect beach access. We did not even mind that it rained 1/2 the week because the home was wonderful. Michele was an amazing host! We are already planning our next stay!

This property was amazing, and the location on the island was perfect for beach, creek, and pool activities. The property owner was fantastic to work with before arrival and also kept us updated on things while we were there. We were a 3 generation family group of 6 adults and 4 children. The house layout was perfect for time spent together yet space to spread out too. The house was well supplied and had everything we could need for cooking. We would definitely choose this property again and highly recommend it.
We stayed at this awesome house in July 16-23, 2022, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location on the island is perfect. Beach access is close and the dock on the inlet was perfect for our teenage boys to fish all day long. The living area is spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation, and the screen porch was enjoyable in the evenings as well. We had two families of four, and the house met every need. The owner, Michele was helpful during the booking process and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.
We have been renting from this family for a decade now, and cannot be more pleased with both the accommodations and quick responses if anything is needed. This was our first visit to their brand new property, and it was absolutely beautiful. We always said the previous property felt like home. Well the new property felt like home… but even better! Being steps from the beach, as well as being on the canal with a dock, were definitely a highlight. We can’t wait to continue our annual Fripp trips at 357 Tarpon!
Fantastic stay for our large family trip! Perfect location on the island and directly on the canal and across the street from the beach! The house is impeccably designed with every attention to detail. Wonderful view and fishing opportunity right outside on the house’s private dock. Entertaining and cooking were so much fun with an expansive kitchen and multiple TV viewing areas. Great for watching games with room for everyone to see! All of the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are a welcome retreat after a long day in the sun. The kids especially loved the bunkroom and trunk of toys. Just be sure to include enough time for your stay, as you won’t want to leave. But, when it’s time to go home the elevator makes taking your things to your car so easy! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy everything this perfect home has to offer all over again!
We rented this house for a girls vacation and it was perfect for what we needed. Each bedroom having its own bath was really convenient. The house is furnished well and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch. I would change the number of towels provided - there should be 2 bath towels available per person. Owner was very easy to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. We appreciated having the elevator as we have one person who cannot do steps. The location is very accessible to the beach access and to the beach club. It was very windy all week so it was great to have the amenities card so we could use the pool. Overall, it was great. We have rented other houses on Fripp Island and would highly recommend this house.

HI Lisa - thanks again for your stay and the lovely review. RE: Towels. Always a struggle picking the right amount and I am sorry if this was a problem for your group. Too many and they become a mildew issue as they often don't get hung up or washed. I make sure detergent is always available. With 6 ladies in the house, I had hoped 12 towels was enough. Maybe I need to rethink the supply? Let me go through that and see what's a good change. Thanks again!
I just wanted to say that this property is top notch. It is in the perfect location. You walk across the street and within a couple of minutes your feet are in the sand. If you have young children you will definitely appreciate that. You have the use of a golf cart which is bonus for getting around the island. The elevator is great for getting all your stuff in and out of the property. Furnishings are extremely nice and everything is very comfortable. The island in the kitchen is a fabulous gathering spot for a quick bite or a few drinks. The only thing I could find that the place might need is blinds the master bedroom. Definitely a must rental on your next visit to Fripp Island.

Good Morning - Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - and such a nice review! Master blinds. I got hung up trying to pick something special for the master. I am not a window covering person so it was a hang up. After a prolonged debate - I did purchase blinds for room like those in the rest of the house. They just didn't arrive before the start of the season. Poor planning on my part. The boxes are here in my garage waiting to be installed when I am down in August!
This is a wonderful home with everything needed for a great vacation. Back yard is great and so much fun to be on the canal side for a change. We loved this vacation thanks to the great location and setting!!
Another Great week on Fripp and a great stay at Palmetto Breeze! Home was super clean inside and out. Did not see one bug or creepy crawly on the back deck or enclosed screen porch area the entire week. The front porch and inside of home was completely insect free as well. Home is very comfortable and has a cozy relaxing feel to it. Easy communication with Michele at check-in as well as on check-out. The canal dock is a plus and the ocean being just steps away across Tarpon at access 17 is an even bigger plus!
We loved our stay at 357 Tarpon! House was well stocked and the screen porch was perfection for relaxing on our vacation. We loved the location as it was convenient to the fitness center and the pool. We will definitely be staying here in the future!
Absolutely amazing home! This home was one of the best kept and laid out homes we have stayed in on Fripp. Michele was so easy to communicate with and the house came with everything we needed.
We stayed at 357 during the week of the 4th of July and loved it. This home is so enjoyable and spacious. We loved the open living room, kitchen, and dining room area. A big plus having a bathroom connected to each bedroom. Michele, the owner was on spot with any concern or question we had. We have stayed at several different homes on Fripp, this one is by far at the top of our list. We have already booked again for Summer 2024.
This was our second year staying at 357 Tarpon. We love this home & location! The property has everything we need & more. Our little boys especially love the toys, bunk room, & outdoor shower. Michele & Scott are wonderful homeowners. They are very easy to communicate with during the stay. We are already looking forward to next summer!
We have been staying at Fripp for years in some beautiful houses. This is by far the best one yet. It is stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and many other little details that other places don’t have. We hope to return every year.
This beautiful beach house has the best of both the river with a dock to fish off in the back yard and the beach just across the street and in walking distance to the pickle ball courts, pools, and the sand bar. The floor plan is perfect including a large living, kitchen, and dining area for 8-10 people. The screened in porch was a cozy place to hang out and we loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom. Our host, Michele has it fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. She is a great host! I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the entire island and get the club cards.
Beautiful new home in Fripp. It’s super close to the beach club and access to the beach. My favorite part… lots of games for kids and adults. In the bunk room… it is well supplied with toys for kids. The elevator was a plus!

We had the most perfect vacation this year at Fripp! This home is amazing! Close to the beach and pools. The back porch was my favorite place to sit and read each morning. The extra fridge in the garage was very convenient and the elevator was great for groceries & luggage. We loved everything about this home!
We had an amazing stay! This was our 2nd year staying at this property and it met and exceeded our expectations, yet again! It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. The house has everything that you need. We love the open living room/kitchen and another big plus is that all bedrooms have their own private bathroom. This was our 3rd year making memories at 357 Tarpon. I grew up coming to Fripp most summers as a child. I love that we found a perfect home to now bring our children to each year. The central location is wonderful and the beach access across the street is an easy walk, even with little ones and all of our belongings. Michele and Scott are amazing hosts and are very easy to communicate with throughout the stay. We are already looking forward to next year!

This is hands down one of the best houses on the entire island. My wife and our 3 daughters have been coming to Fripp for 12 years in a row and we’ve stayed here at 357 Tarpon three times now. The attention to detail with everything provided combined with the peace of the canal and the ease of beach access makes this our favorite home. This is our second year staying in this beautiful home. The location is perfect. Dock on the canal and steps away from a beach access. Having access to a golf cart is nice for getting around the island as well. One of the best features is the elevator. No lugging everything up and down multiple stairs. Highly recommend.
We just spent a week here the first week of April, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There is plenty of space and it’s well equipped with all you need! The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the house was soooo clean! Michele was very communicative and always responding a timely manner. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch morning and night! Fripp really showed up for us when we saw a bald eagle in the backyard, among many deer! We would love to go back and stay in this house!
Our stay at 357 Tarpon was wonderful. We have been coming to Fripp for over 30 years and this was the cleanest and best stocked home we have ever stayed at. The layout was perfect for our needs. The elevator was so helpful for my elderly mom who also came with us. The elevator music was a nice touch and made us smile every time. The owners are very reachable if needed. The location to the beach and other activities in the center of the island makes everything walkable. We can’t wait to come back!!
We have stayed at this home for the last 3 years and absolutely love it. So easy to get to beach and lovely back yard on the canal. We will be staying there again next year. Lovely home with wonderful management and owners.
We hosted our daughters and their families. What a wonderful week! This is truly the nicest beach house we have rented. The owner obviously used an interior decorator. Decor was lovely. Very nice games and puzzles were provided. The elevator was definitely a plus. The system that was used for logging into your personal accounts for the televisions was great. Previous renters had left some boogie boards that the grandchildren used. Everyone fished off the dock and we saw an alligator in the water that the grandchildren named Greg. We will definitely go back. Thank you Michelle for being such a good host.
Palmetto Breeze is our favorite place to stay at Fripp Island. It’s a beautiful, well designed home with easy access to beach access 17. It is also on the canal and has a dock that is perfect for a morning or afternoon of fishing. We have two families with a total of nine people that rent this house and it meets our needs perfectly! The owners are super responsive and make renting this property a “breeze”.
This was our third year in this remarkable home, though our 40th + year on the island. This house is the perfect one for our family. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Highly responsive owner. Everything you might need in a rental home, but nothing you do not need -- just perfectly appointed. We have already booked again for our fourth year and cannot wait to be back.
