Entertainment includes 6 flat screen, SMART TVs in all bedrooms, screen porch and living room - (instructions provided). We include fast Hargray WIFI internet access and streamlined use of 4-passenger golf cart to travel around the island in open-air style. Perfect for 2 families.
Our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house features living room, dining room, kitchen, guest room (queen bed and private bath) and powder room downstairs. A second outdoor living area allows peaceful relaxation in screened comfort (fireplace seasonal only). Elevator and gourmet kitchen with all cooking necessities features plentiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and enormous pantry.
Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with king size bed, private bath; a queen room with private bath, and a bunk room with 2 full/twin bunks and room for lounging, movie watching and game playing. This room can accommodate a fourth couple on an all-adult trip. All bedrooms feature SMART TV - bring your devices to connect. Enclosed garage, private backyard and laundry room. Complete outdoor shower with hot water and privacy. You don't know what you are missing until you shower under the clear blue or starry sky.
Our canal front house house has a central and convenient location that allows quick access to the beach and all the resort’s amenities. Fixed pier head and floating dock out back – sand and beach crossover #17 are 250 yards away. The island has 28+ public beach crossovers with cart and bike parking.
There are two championship golf courses - the George W. Cobb Ocean Point course is a true ocean/link style, and the Davis Love III Ocean Creek course received a 4 1/2 star rating by Golf Digest. There is a special Wee Links course set aside for children just learning the game. There are ten tennis courts along with professional instructors & clinics and now featuring pickleball.
The island has 5 restaurants & 7 pools. Enjoy the ocean breeze and view of the inlet at the newer Cabana Club Complex (one heated pool, large kiddie pool complete with frog slide and one pool with caves and waterfalls). There are two great outdoor bars, ice cream, pizza, ship’s store and convenience market.
Camp Fripp hosts day camp and kids night out programs for youths 3 to 12 (so parents can have some time alone). There are teen activities for 12 to 17 year olds as well as nature programs, social programs and more for the entire family.
Need more? Walk, run and ride bikes on the bike path. The resort has a wide array of rental fun available. Bikes, motor scooters, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, and even fishing boats can be rented by the day or week. The island has cruises available for dolphin watching, shelling at nearby islands, and even sunset cruises. Charter fishing is available, too.

Occupancy is 8 adults or 10 with children. The website may allow booking for larger parties and number greater than 10 may result in unavailable notice. If you have questions (babies etc) please reach out prior to discuss.
Payment terms per rental agreement - in full if within 30 days of arrival - otherwise 50% on booking and balance plus refundable $500 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrrival. Payment by echeck requires verification - can take up to 2 business days to process.
Total cost will include $250 cleaning, 1% island fee, 3% booking fee, 10% accomodation/sales tax, $500 refundable security deposit and any cards you would like to purchase.
4 Seat golf cart inlcuded - in garage but subject to acceptance of Golf Cart agreement from service provider.
Cancellation terms per Rental Agreement.
We are Club members and can purchase cards for your use. Cost is passed through and you pay what we pay to Club. Please be careful in adding number of cards needed. Once purchased, decrease in need is complicated. Easier to add than subtract after inquiry and offer extended.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel this reservation, you may apply the rental to another open week as substitute stay. Otherwise, you will forfeit all sums paid to date, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
This home was absolutely gorgeous! It was a perfect fit for our large crew, the elevator was a huge plus! Michele was so kind and quick to help with any questions. This is definitely a home we will be visiting again!
We loved our stay at 357 Tarpon! The home is new, spacious, & equipped with everything you could need. Our young boys loved the bunk room and toy chest. They also have a great collection of puzzles and board games. I spent most of my time on the back porch. You cannot beat the location! We were across the street from the perfect beach access. We did not even mind that it rained 1/2 the week because the home was wonderful. Michele was an amazing host! We are already planning our next stay!
PERFECT location! Beautiful house and VERY quiet. Very short walk across the street to beach (access 17). Nice backyard with grass. Owner is very detailed and promptly responds. Will definitely rent again if available!!
This property was amazing, and the location on the island was perfect for beach, creek, and pool activities. The property owner was fantastic to work with before arrival and also kept us updated on things while we were there. We were a 3 generation family group of 6 adults and 4 children. The house layout was perfect for time spent together yet space to spread out too. The house was well supplied and had everything we could need for cooking. We would definitely choose this property again and highly recommend it.
We stayed at this awesome house in July 16-23, 2022, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location on the island is perfect. Beach access is close and the dock on the inlet was perfect for our teenage boys to fish all day long. The living area is spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation, and the screen porch was enjoyable in the evenings as well. We had two families of four, and the house met every need. The owner, Michele was helpful during the booking process and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.
We have been renting from this family for a decade now, and cannot be more pleased with both the accommodations and quick responses if anything is needed. This was our first visit to their brand new property, and it was absolutely beautiful. We always said the previous property felt like home. Well the new property felt like home… but even better! Being steps from the beach, as well as being on the canal with a dock, were definitely a highlight. We can’t wait to continue our annual Fripp trips at 357 Tarpon!
Fantastic stay for our large family trip! Perfect location on the island and directly on the canal and across the street from the beach! The house is impeccably designed with every attention to detail. Wonderful view and fishing opportunity right outside on the house’s private dock. Entertaining and cooking were so much fun with an expansive kitchen and multiple TV viewing areas. Great for watching games with room for everyone to see! All of the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are a welcome retreat after a long day in the sun. The kids especially loved the bunkroom and trunk of toys. Just be sure to include enough time for your stay, as you won’t want to leave. But, when it’s time to go home the elevator makes taking your things to your car so easy! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy everything this perfect home has to offer all over again!
