Our island community also has a stunning boardwalk and a private crab dock from which you can enjoy a show stopping sunset over the marsh or quickly access the main thoroughfare to a white sandy beach.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

We had a great stay at 899 Marsh Dunes Rd. The house was immaculate and would easily sleep 8 people without being crowded. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, blender, toaster etc. and also has a washing machine. The golf cart was a nice bonus that we enjoyed every day. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was definitely one of the best! I would not hesitate to recommend it!

We loved our stay at 899 Marsh Dunes! The home was roomy, decorated well & CLEAN! The neighborhood was cozy & friendly making the short golf cart ride to the beach an enjoyment. We took advantage of the close proximity to the marsh board walk to drop our crab boxes & had good success. My husband is a fisherman & he loved the secured garage where he was able to leave his rods and equipment in, instead of having to store them away in the truck at the end of each day. The owners were kind & very quick in getting back to us & always asking if there was anything we needed. We were very pleased with our 4 night 5 day stay & will be back!

What a great place to stay on Fripp! Our family spent time here over Christmas and could not have been happier. This was our first “winter” trip to Fripp and the house, in a quieter part of the island, allowed us to relax and reconnect with one another. We have rented many houses on the island over the years and this was one of the cleanest homes and had everything you need. Before arriving, we asked the owner if they a crock pot and what kind of coffee maker was available and they had new ones delivered. The golf cart was top notch with a very long lasting battery which is always a plus on Fripp. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks for sharing your home. Merry Frippmas!

The house was absolutely perfect for our week away at Fripp! Nice, quiet location. Property owner and property manager were quickly responsive to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a wonderful stay. We were down there with the tropical storm, so we only had a few sunny days. We had three adults and two teens, and we had plenty of room to spread out when we were stuck indoors. The 6 seat golf cart was a very nice perk. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, utensils, crock pot, coffee makers, small glass containers with lids for storing leftovers, basically everything we needed. The house was very clean, nicely updated. The beds were comfortable. We loved the loft area with the oversized chair and couch for lazing in and reading. This is our third year at Fripp and our first in Marsh Dunes. This is our favorite area so far. I prefer the neighborhood pool over the resort pools, and there was plenty of shade on the road for our walks. We didn't use the outdoor shower but it was in a convenient spot. It really didn't take long to get to the beach. I have nothing but good things to say about this rental.
This was such a needed vacation and Rachel came to our rescue! The home is stocked with absolutely everything and then some! We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay and would return again. The home was as descibed. The only negative was that one of the sliding doors off the wrap around deck made a horrible screeching sound when being opened. Loud enough to wake us up when our other guests were returning from being out, The only other item I would mention (which I told the host about upon checkout) was that I went to put something in the oven and found a baking sheet full of uncooked food. Could be avoided if cleaning crew takes a look in the oven when cleaning. Other than those 2 things it was a lovely stay.
