The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private ensuite bath featuring a modern walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom also includes its own ensuite ½ bath and shares a tub/shower with a twin guest room that also has a ½ bath; it’s setup in a jack and jill configuration. Plenty of room for everyone!
Enjoy the beauty of Fripp Island’s natural surroundings, with frequent visits from local wildlife. Part of the yard is fenced, making it pet-friendly for your furry companions. The fenced area is accessible through a gate or from the back deck and includes a nice grilling patio for family barbeques.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, island parks, shops, the Marina deli or Springtide market. The community center activities also do not require a card.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
