Peaceful Oasis
This 2400 square-foot home was completed in March of 2023. It is located just over the bridge in the Fiddlers Cove area in a private, peaceful, setting with beautiful trees and wildlife.
This home has an open floor plan with a large great room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and walk-in pantry. The kitchen has new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker with a drip option, and a separate icemaker built into the large center island.
An extra room just off of the great room, has twin bunk beds to offer extra sleeping space, a tv, and cabinet with games and puzzles.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with a Sealy Albany hybrid mattress, dresser, bedside table with chargers and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a large, walk-in, marble shower, double vanities, ample storage, and a separate toilet area.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds with Sealy Bridal Lane hybrid mattresses, dressers, a bedside table, and walk-in closets. They are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with the double sink area separated from the bath tub/shower area and toilet.
Bedroom 4 has a bunkbed with a twin bed over a full size bed, and a pull out twin trundle bed.
All bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. Wi-Fi is included as well as YouTube TV.
There is a front porch with rockers and a spacious back deck with ample seating, a coffee table, foosball table, and gas fireplace for evenings of playing games and spending time with family and friends. The screened in area has a dining table and hammock to enjoy.
A gas grill, cornhole boards, and ping pong table are located in the garage area for guests to enjoy. The garage also has a sink for cleaning fish and a small refrigerator for bait and extra cold storage. There is an open outdoor shower and hoses on both sides of the house to wash off after a fun day at the beach.
Amenities
Up to four private vehicles can be accommodated. A six seat golf cart is provided for free with your rental.
Fripp Island is a private, gated community that offers, beautiful beaches, fishing, lots of wildlife, restaurants, and golf. Fripp club amenity cards can be purchased on your rental contract.($35 or $55 depending on the time of year.) this provides access to seven island, pools, exercise facility, island, activities, golf, tennis, food, court, and restaurants. Children under 13 do not need cards and cards are not necessary to access beaches. *** Fripp Island resort will charge a 12.8% resort fee based on the rental price for the home in addition to the club card fee. This only affects guests purchasing amenity cards.***

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Amazing home! We loved everything about it. Beautifully decorated, peaceful, spacious, and the back porch was our favorite spot!! The white birds (Ibis) were there every evening in the trees. It was such a beautiful sight to see. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Our first vacation at Fripp was absolutely amazing! Our home was excellent! Communication with the owner was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The beach area was so nice. The sights and wildlife were also amazing. We will definitely be making Fripp a traditional Summer Vacation Destination!!
We absolutely loved 3 Ibis Court! The location in Fiddlers was perfect - there's not a bad place on the island! New and fresh, nicely appointed! The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Our four boys loved the 6-seater golf cart. I personally enjoyed the serenity of the back porch, lovely place for my morning coffee! Can't wait to be back!
