Sea Mist home in the sought after Veranda Beach area. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club with 3 pools (heated, lagoon & kiddie), a drink bar, cafe, and beautiful inlet / ocean views.
Beautiful wide sandy beach is a short golf cart ride away. 6 person gas golf cart is included with your rental. Complementary bikes, chairs, and beach toys also available at the house.
The space:
The main level has an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with access to one of four cozy decks overlooking quiet marsh grasslands. Completely stocked kitchen with separate beverage fridge. Large dining table with seating for 8 - 10.
Wooden restaurant style high chair. Baby gate protecting access to stairway.
The main level has a master bedroom with king bed and en suite. The room opens onto its own private deck. There is also a smart TV in the room.
Upstairs there is a second master bedroom with a king bed and en suite with soaking tub and separate shower. The room opens to its private deck with a relaxing swing and comfortable seating for enjoying a private cup of coffee from the upstair’s coffee bar (with Keurig style coffee maker) which adjoins the master bedroom. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom. There is a small separate sleeping area with pack-n-play, audio baby monitor, and sound machine provided.
A third king bedroom upstairs with smart TV has its own private deck and an adjoining bath shared with the bunk room which has twin bunkbeds and a separate queen bed.
Below the home:
Enjoy grilling on the gas grill while taking in the evening breeze below the home and watching the frequently visiting dear. Ping pong, corn-hole, relaxing hammock, and seating also available for fun activities.
Take a bike ride with the five provided adult bikes and two smaller children’s bikes. Please bring your own helmets as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to use amenity cards, a newly implemented 12.8% (based on your nightly rental total) resort fee will be charged by Fripp Island Resort. Owners have no control over this fee and the fee is for the many improvements being made throughout the island.
Fripp Island resort club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rental equipment / water crafts, and dine at the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards for 2023 is as follows: memorial day – Labor Day: $50 per person (5-8 days), $35 per person (1-4 days); fall, winter & Spring $35 per person(5-8days) $25 per person (1-4days)
Guests do not have to buy amenity cards. You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without amenity cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed rental agreement is received.

All major credit/debit cards accepted (There is a 2.9% transaction fee charged by the credit card processing company) Also accepted eCheck (Electronic check) (There is no transaction fee charged for eCheck processing)
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at 27 Sea Mist on Fripp Island! We have been coming to Fripp for 30+ years, and this was our first visit with my own children. The home was spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed for groups and families. We loved the kid room featuring bunk beds, and king beds in all other bedrooms. I have seen photos of this home previously, and the renovations and updates are truly beautiful. Rarely does a vacation home meet expectations, and 27 Sea Mist certainly exceeded them! We would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Becky!
Our family had a wonderful stay. Becky was an amazing host and has a beautiful home. Don’t hesitated on this place. The location is great as it’s walking distance to Cabana Club and Fishing pier. The home is updated and very well kept. We would definitely book this home again.
