Amenities
Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise. Fripp Resort has implemented a fee of 12.8% of the total rent, this resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. Club Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
If reservation is less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% will be due to confirm a reservation.
Payment Methods
All major credit / debit cards accepted - There is a 3% transaction fee charged by the credit card processing company.
Also accepted eCheck (Electronic check) - There is no transaction fee charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

My kids and I stayed at this beautiful home for a week and it was fabulous! The home was very clean, beautifully furnished and appointed with all of the appliances and items you could possibly need. The home also came with a golf cart, beach chairs and ping pong table which were great amenities. The floor plan was also great because there were multiple lounging areas that made it easy for the kids to be able to hang out and watch whatever they wanted while the adults could do the same in a different area without disturbing each other. The views were amazing and the area is very quiet but central to everything on the island. The owners and their representative were very responsive to any questions we had. I could not recommend this home more highly.
This property is perfect got s family or group. It has everything that is needed for a beach and island stay. Beautiful house with several living areas and amenities!
711 North Drum was a delight. Everything was great. Clean, well-stocked, well-maintained, beautiful. Hike to beach was 1/4 mile; however the path was hard-packed, and it only was a 5-minute walk.
Terrific home in EVERY way! Owners were very attentive and we are ready to come back!
