Great mid island location. This home is literally the closest detached home to the Ocean Club and mid island ameneties. Steps away from beach (about 30 steps from beach access 16), no cart necessary, walk to beach club, tennis, pickle ball, sandbar, olympic and adult pool, food court etc. 2 nicely updated full kitchens one up/one down. New appliance upstairs 2020. Updated flooring in most of upstairs. Down stairs unit is a separate apartment but connected via spiral staircase and can be locked. Beach carts, chairs tent and toys will be available. Enclosed outdoor shower. Nice screened in porch. TVs and cable provided in all main rooms and bed rooms. Kitchen is filled with everything necessary to prepare meals for large groups. Great screened in porch. Coffee maker and Keurig provided upstairs and down. Full Laundry room. Grill (gas and charcoal) available.
Closest detached home to the Ocean Club and mid island ameneties. Walking distance Ocean Club/restaurant, Olympic pool, tennis and pickle ball, adult pool, food options and sand bar. Steps to beach access 16.
Fripp Island Club amenity cards may be purchased.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
We have vacationed at Fripp for over 30 years! We’ve stayed in several homes on the island as our family changes. We have found our forever rental at 703 Silverside! The home is a perfect location! The yard is absolutely amazing for sitting outside letting the kiddos play too. The screen porch was a favorite of ours. Perfect spot for morning coffee and evening desserts. Large dining table, comfy seating and beds were a plus! I can’t say enough about how much we love this home! We cannot wait until June 2022!
Great place to stay! Close to the beach. A little old and worn but comfortable, except a few beds needed new mattresses. We would definitely stay here again.
Good morning Mark and Ashley, my family and I want to let you know what a wonderful experience we had at your beautiful beach house on Fripp. We were able to relax and unwind after a few challenging months. It was very clean, decorated in my favorite beachy way, and in the perfect Island location! We could walk/bike anywhere on the island, where we enjoyed all the wildlife. We cooked most of our meals at home so the well equipped kitchen and new grill were a huge help. For our large family the accommodations were perfect! Again, thank you. We will definitely return for another visit.
We had a fabulous time again at 703 Silverside on Fripp. We've been coming for 3 springs now with our 3 grown children and their kids. It's been perfect for our group. It's just a minute's walk thru the dunes to the gorgeous beach!!! The screened in porch is delightful!!!
Our family has been enjoying vacation at Fripp Island since 1990 with the last 15 years at 703 Silverside. This is an excellent location next door to the beach club and tennis courts. Short and easy walk to beach on the boardwalk. This house has enough space for our family. We especially enjoy the large back porch. We will return next year.
Both the owner and property managers were very responsive! Great location to Olympic pool and beach, central to the island. TONS of towels! Great layout with bed space maximized! I’ve been coming to Fripp for 17 years and this is one of my favorite houses. Would definitely stay here again!
