Tastefully decorated, our townhouse condo is very spacious with an open living room, dining area, and kitchen area. The view from the wall of windows in the living room overlooks the marsh out to the marina. Beautiful sunsets! The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and primary bath. Our townhouse villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry area.

Fripp Island is a private, gated island with clean, uncrowded beaches which is wonderful for families or just to get away from stressful everyday life! It is a small island with diverse wildlife where you can watch the dolphins from the North shore, play golf at Lady's Island Country Club, or just relax on the beach - it is yours to choose! Be sure to visit nearby Beaufort's many restaurants, antique stores, bakeries, chocolate shops, and bistros or take a day trip to Charleston, Savannah, or to the outlet stores in Bluffton!

Payments & Policies

Confirmation Deposit
Deposits for cancelled reservations will be refunded if the condo is rebooked for the dates cancelled. For rentals 30 days or more in advance requires 1/2 of the total amount due with signed rental contract and balance due two weeks prior to arrival. For rental with less than 30 days notice, payment in full is required with signed rental contract.
