Resort amenities include two 18-hole golf courses, an Olympic-size pool, an adult pool with beach bar, a 10 court tennis club, a fitness center, beach and bike rentals, several restaurants and an activity center. Through the marina you can rent a kayak or book an evening cruise on the Fripper to watch for dolphins. Additional fees may apply for some amenities and a Club Card is required. Club cards cost $50/person (fees) a week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35/person (+fees) a week the rest of the year. All guests 13 & up must have their own card. In order to go to the island restaurants all members of the party (13 & older) must have a guest card. A new fee will be charged in a ddition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities, the amount will be 12.8% of the total rent for the stay.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel this reservation less than 60 days before arrival date, you will forfeit all amounts paid unless able to re-rent the property. If the house is re-rented, a refund will be given less a $350 administrative fee. In the case of a mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other emergency, we will accommodate unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment, travel insurance is available.

Wonderful accommodations!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed and then some. The decor was tasteful with high end finishes throughout. The view from the back deck was gorgeous and always had ample wildlife to observe. My son really enjoyed watching the alligators from the safety of the deck. We were very impressed and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Pam & Brandon!!

This was our first winter doing the snowbird thing. Pam and Brandon were extremely easy to deal with. I have seldom run across more responsive rental owners. Most places the pictures appear nicer than the realty. At 137 Ocean Point Dr the pictures do not do justice to the views of the ocean, golf course and sunsets. This place was way more than we anticipated. The place was clean, bright and obviously just updated. We have done VRBO numerous times and never run across a kitchen that was so well equipped. A great place for people who like to cook. We also really enjoyed using the golf cart that comes with the rental. We explored most if not all of the beach access points using the cart. Beautiful beach, golf courses and island. We loved all the wildlife on the island and appreciated how dog friendly the place is. In short we had a five star stay and I would highly recommend this rental and its owners--Pam and Brandon.

My wife and I have vacationed at Fripp at least once a year, sometimes twice a year, over the last ten years. We have stayed in several different homes in different areas on the Island and this home is one of the best! The home has everything you'll need for a wonderful relaxing get a away. The wildlife and views off the back deck are so unique and beautiful. We plan to vacation here many more times in the future.
This was our 3rd year staying in this location and it was another great week. The location is great with some awesome views in both the morning and evening.
Our family has stayed here 2 times now and enjoyed the home both times. The views, amenities, cleanliness, location, private pool, garage, etc make it an excellent rental for 2 couples or small family.

Absolutely fantastic rental! My wife and I started vacationing at Fripp about 15 years ago and have stayed all over the island. 137 Ocean Point has the everything you need an amazing view off the back porch. Plan to stay here again!

Loved our stay again this year! Stocked kitchen, great views, and golf cart included! Had minor issue with brake lights in golf cart and Beaufort Carts had it fixed within 20 minutes of calling! Can’t wait to return!

Very spacious townhome, great location with ocean view plenty of privacy. Private golf cart. garage access for parking. Spacious and kitchen is well stocked.
