Located on the 14th hole of the Ocean Creek Golf Course, this magnificent, custom home is the perfect family gathering place. Throughout the home, there are comfortable spaces both indoors and out including a loft area with a large (12'x40') deck in addition to a beautiful screened in porch. The spacious gourmet kitchen is also great for friends and family with custom cabinets, granite countertops as well as stainless appliances. Each bedroom features Sterns & Foster king and queen beds. The golf course views from the deck and porch are well-positioned and provide fun viewing for the entire family!
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
