603 Newhaven is a two story 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath villa. The Newhaven complex has one of the best views on Fripp Island as it sits right at the point of Ocean Point. You will enjoy watching fabulous sunsets on the two common area decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Fripp Inlet. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck with views of the ocean. 603 Newhaven is a few short steps to the beach at low tide, Ocean Point Grille, and one of the two award winning golf courses on the island.
This relaxing villa features an eat-in kitchen as well as a separate dining area. The large array of kitchen gadgets, bake ware, pots, and pans will make cooking as fun in this kitchen as it is in your own.
Each of the 3 large bedrooms have ensuite baths and their own TVs. The primary on the main level has a king bed and a large bathroom with both a shower and large tub. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and private bath with shower, then the second bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps 5 with a twin over full bunk, a twin, and twin trundle. The second bedroom's private bath has a combination tub / shower.
Fripp Island Club cards are available for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, Activity Center and Camp Fripp, swimming pools, and more.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
All stays include the use of a 6-seater golf cart.
Gas grills are available in the courtyard common area. There is even a private room that is perfect for family gatherings (available with notice).

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment and view were fantastic. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. I know that the owners wanted feedback so our only recommendation was more throw blankets and basic seasonings in the kitchen. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We enjoyed the thoughtful treats at checkin.
This condo was very clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay and can't wait to come back!
Spent a Mom's weekend away with 4 other ladies. We had a wonderful time, this condo is the best! So relaxing sitting on the deck watching the ocean, and we loved having the golf cart to drive around the island and see all the deer! Fully stocked condo, beautiful view and great owners. Will definitely be back with our family again!
