With 3 bedrooms, and 3 ensuite baths, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is well appointed with everything you need to create your families meals. Fresh seafood is available to purchase nearby. The large dining table seats 8. After dinner, relax on any of the 4 covered porches with your cup of coffee or favorite cocktail. You may also enjoy sitting around the firepit and making smores.
Our house is conveniently located just steps away from the Cabana club Pool, and the Kids Club/Nature Center.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-book. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

This was a great house for a family beach vacation. It was very comfortable. Enough space to sleep the whole family. It has the perfect porches (one screened in) to enjoy visiting and looking at a private nature back yard and views of the ocean. It was conveniently located, and the included golf cart made it fun and easy to get to every part of the island.
Beautiful Home. We visited Fripp for our family Vacation. The House is great, beautifully appointed and up to date. Our grand daughter loved the bunk beds and proximity to the cabana beach club pools. Lots of memories made here. We highly recommend it to anyone, especially with kids or grands!
