"Mint to Be" 

Go no further in looking for a beautiful, well maintained home to spend your vacation at. The moment you walk thru "Mint to Be," it's obvious how much the owners love their house. It shows with all the lovely decor from Ballard Designs and Gabby. This 3 bedroom home offers full, private baths with each bedroom, plus 4 large screened porches that are all private and not in close proximity to any other houses. Ocean view from 2 porches! Enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a good book on any of the porches. The pictures will speak for themselves. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with TV’s on Roku and YouTube TV. Large sectional in living area provides maximum seats and comfort.
 
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything to prepare your meals. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage for overflow drinks, ice, and seafood. House has a brand new HVAC unit, whole house water filtration system, and on demand hot water heater.
 
4 SEATER GOLF CART PROVIDED WITH 7 NIGHT (one week) BOOKINGS ONLY. 
Shorter stays guest responsible to reserve. 
Beach chairs and umbrellas provided for your use during stay. 
 
We back up to the nicest pool area on the island, the Cabana Club, and steps from the picturesque Wardles Landing for those awesome sunset pics. The Activity Center for kids is just across the street. 
 

This is a "No Pets," "No Smoking" home. 6 guest maximum (7 with rollaway, twin size). 
House has 3 exterior only security cameras; driveway, front steps, fire pit. 

We expect our guests to treat the house with care and respect. Owner is always a phone call away for any issues or questions. Our goal is to provide our guests with a beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable home to stay in. 

Amenities

A 12.8% resort fee plus the cost of the club cards is required to use the club amenities. The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring. The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring. Each guest 13 years or older must carry an club card to access the Club's amenities.

Payments & Policies

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards accepted (There is a 2.9% transaction fee charged by the credit card processing company) Also accepted eCheck (Electronic check) (There is no transaction fee charged for eCheck processing)

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-book. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
