Welcome to The LoweCountry, a custom-built coastal getaway nestled in the quiet Quail Cove neighborhood at the front of Fripp Island. With space for up to 7 guests, this four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is perfect for families, weekend escapes, or laid-back golf trips with friends.
The first floor features an open-concept layout ideal for gathering, with a well-stocked kitchen, cozy family room, dining area, and half bath. Step out from the dining room onto a screened-in porch where you can enjoy coffee, cocktails, or card games in the salty island breeze. The spacious primary suite is also on the main floor and includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find two guest rooms with queen beds and a third bedroom perfect for kids, outfitted with a twin bed.. These rooms share a full bath with a shower/tub combo.
Outdoor living is a highlight here, with multiple spaces to relax and reconnect: a wide front porch with rocking chairs, a shaded patio beneath the home, a back deck with a gas grill, and a cozy fire pit in the front yard.
After a beach day, rinse off in the hot-and-cold outdoor shower or the convenient wash station for sandy feet and beach toys. Located just a 5–10 minute golf cart ride from everything Fripp has to offer, 105 Sandpiper Run is your peaceful home base for making unforgettable island memories. 6 passenger golf cart is included with the rental.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $200 pet fee per dog . (Max number of dogs - 2, depending on size of dog)
An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
NO SMOKiNG including outdoor spaces
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
