Welcome to Shuck Yeah! This brand new island home offers incredible marsh views and is located just across the street from the Forest Gump bench on the Ocean Creek golf course. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, there is plenty of room for up to 12 guests.
The large, covered porches, on all 3 levels, offer stunning, unobstructed views of the marsh. The sunsets are amazing and as the tides ebb and flow you will enjoy the quiet serenity of the Lowcountry. Sit back and relax -- the backyard is an inviting place to enjoy the marsh with Adirondack chairs and a grilling spot. An outdoor shower is perfect for a rinse after a long day at the beach.
The large living room and dining area is the perfect place for family dinner and game nights; and the well-appointed, gourmet kitchen offers everything you need to make quick snacks or special occasion meals. You’ll enjoy the high-end appliances and custom finishes including a Kucht 36" commercial dual fuel gas range/electric oven.
The home includes a custom full-home audio system with 6 separate zones to please everyone in your group. Listen to relaxing music in the primary while the younger folks enjoy their tunes in the flex room on the lower level. The lower level also includes a kitchenette, perfect for outdoor entertaining. A Universal EV Charging station is available in the garage.
The primary bedroom, the Spartina Room, is a king with luxury ensuite. This wonderful 3rd story room offers stunning views of the marsh, incredible wildlife and water everywhere during high tide. The Southern Charm room offers a queen bed while the Oyster room offers two queen beds. The No Wake Zone is a great bunk room that sleeps 6 and has USB outlets at each bed. Every bedroom has a Smart TV as does the flex space.
Bring the little ones! A Pack-n-Play/Bassinette and highchair are available. Along with that you’ll find an umbrella stroller and a sleep-time night light with soothing sounds and monitor.
A golf cart is included with your stay and it's the best way to get around to all the island has to offer. Enjoy a round of golf at one of the two championship courses or tootle over to the Sand Bar for an umbrella drink near the sand. Explore the amazing nature and visit the many beach spots. Resort amenities also include pools and dining at the Beach Club and the Cabana Club, a pool and excursions at the Marina, tennis and pickleball, a fitness center, daily activities and more.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

The owners and property managers went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The house was incredible, with everything that you can imagine to make the stay comfortable and easy. The kitchen was super easy to cook in, with everything that we are used to having at home and more. The screened in porch was such a relaxing spot for hanging out in the evenings. We really enjoyed the sound system too! It really is the most comfortable, perfect place we have ever stayed. We had 11 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby with us and it was perfect for everyone. The flex space was soooo amazing! The older boys took their video games down there and stayed up as late as they wanted without disturbing the sleeping babies. We had plenty of room for all of us, it never felt too crowded at any time! I have no suggestions except to look at what all they have before you pack because we could have packed lighter if we had paid more attention to what all they provide ?? They seem to have thought of everything and we are so grateful! Our multi family trip was amazing and we were all super impressed with the thought and detail that has gone into this place.
Just got back from another week at Fripp------this was a new home that has the most picturesque quintessential "lowcountry" view!! Waking up every morning to a painting right outside our bedroom was the most relaxing experience! Home was perfect for us as our teenage boys enjoyed the fully equipped lower level "flex" room very much. Did not know how much we needed a "flex" room till we had it. We packed beach chairs and wagoins and all the gear, but this house already has all that so no need. Tommy Bahama chairs, beach towels and a balloon wheel wagon to pull thru sand. 92 Davis Love is very very well stocked. Extra everything so no need using up your beach time to run to Springtide or the marina just to get essentials. Very enjoyable week, Highly recommend "SHUCK YEAH"! *Also want to give a shout out to the house managers Catherine and Jennifer...the wifi went out after a quick but large storm went thru and knocked it out. We called Catherine and she very quickly got on the phone with the internet provider and the wifi was back on for us within 30 minutes.
