Overview
Welcome to 126 Sea Otter Lane, a stunning Lowcountry retreat that perfectly blends timeless coastal charm with modern comfort. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a serene setting on Fripp Island, overlooking the peaceful waters of Blue Heron Lake. Inside, you'll find elegant, high-end decor inspired by classic coastal style — light, airy spaces filled with warmth and sophistication.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #2 is also a king guest room. Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Two additional bathrooms have shower tub combinations providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel “at home". Family room boasts a 75" TV and each bedrom has either 55" or 43" TV's with full package of local and national channels. Family room has a queen sofa sleeper in the sectional sofa, for added comfort.
Step outside onto the two spacious main decks in the back, that come with tranquil lake views and gentle island breezes. Upstairs, a private upper deck invites you to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail as the sun sets over the water. Whether you're gathering with family or enjoying quiet moments in nature, this beautiful home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and refined island living. Lower deck provides a large hammock for your reading or napping pleasure, while enjoying the beautiful view of Blue Heron Lake.
A 4-seat Golf Cart, some beach chairs, beach towels, beach canopy, and a few fishing rods are provided for your enjoyment.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

It is beautiful, well appointed and clean. Y’all did an excellent job with everything!
We’ve been coming to Fripp for nearly 20 years and have stayed in houses all over the island, and after one night, we’ve all said 126 Sea Otter is one of our favorites!

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Our stay at 126 Sea Otter was absolutely perfect! Recently renovated and very well-appointed. It felt like a brand new home. The screened porch was a perfect place to gather in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail. We’ve been coming to Fripp for almost 20 years and have stayed all over the island…beach front, creek front and by the marina and 126 Sea Otter was, by far, one of the best homes we have stayed in. Kudos to the Owner for a beautiful home!
An Unforgettable Fripp Island Escape! We absolutely loved our stay at this house overlooking Blue Heron Lake and we cannot wait to come back. The location was ideal. We loved being surrounded by the island’s natural beauty, watching the deer in the yard, seeing the birds in the Rookery, and enjoying the peaceful, uncrowded beaches that make Fripp so unique. We loved jumping on the golf cart to explore the island, head down to the beach, and catching beautiful sunsets. The House itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing coastal feel. The layout was spacious with indoor and outdoor living spaces that worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked, the barbecue pit was nicely maintained, and the screened in deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee (and a few evening cocktails). If you are looking for a high-quality, relaxing getaway on Fripp, this is the place to book. Highly recommend it!
