Welcome to 126 Sea Otter Lane, a stunning Lowcountry retreat that perfectly blends timeless coastal charm with modern comfort. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a serene setting on Fripp Island, overlooking the peaceful waters of Blue Heron Lake. Inside, you'll find elegant, high-end decor inspired by classic coastal style — light, airy spaces filled with warmth and sophistication.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #2 is also a king guest room. Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a full bed along with a single trundle. Two additional bathrooms have shower tub combinations providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel “at home”. Family room boasts a 75" TV and each bedrom has either 55" or 43" TV's with full package of local and national channels. Family room has a queen sofa sleeper in the sectional sofa, for added comfort.
Step outside onto the two spacious main decks in the back, that come with tranquil lake views and gentle island breezes. Upstairs, a private upper deck invites you to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail as the sun sets over the water. Whether you're gathering with family or enjoying quiet moments in nature, this beautiful home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and refined island living. Lower deck provides a large hammock for your reading or napping pleaseure, while enjoying the beautiful view of Blue Heron lake.
3 bicycles, beach chairs, and a number of fishing rods are provided for your enjoyment.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
