Welcome to the best of Lowcountry living. This beautiful island home is located in the quiet community of Sawgrass Bluff and comes with a 4-passenger golf cart for use during each stay. Enjoy an evening relaxing on the back screened-in porch overlooking the peaceful lagoon or take a dip in the neighborhood pool within walking distance! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has room for up to 6 guests. The open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for family gatherings and spending time together watching movies, playing board games and cooking up the perfect “at home” meal. The vaulted ceilings and large windows make the spaces bright and airy with coastal touches throughout.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare quick snacks or gourmet meals. An adjacent wet bar offers more entertaining space. There is also plenty of island seating for breakfast and is perfect for the kids to help with the cooking.
The primary king includes a full ensuite bath for a comfortable, stylish stay. Two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath.
This property also has a side deck with marsh views and is close to the neighborhood pool. And don’t forget the beautiful beaches on Fripp. Enjoy the sea breezes and warm sand in the ultimate island getaway. A quick rinse in the outdoor shower when you return and you’re ready to relax some more.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
The garage is suitable for a small boat.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
The home was everything that we hoped for. Located in a quite neighborhood and community pool right around the corner is a definite plus. The house was clean and welcoming and had everything that you could need.
We had a very nice stay. We love this neighborhood's location on island. Very quiet and having the neighborhood pool is a huge plus for us. A short golf cart ride is all it takes to get to lots of beach access points. The house is decorated nicely and the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking tools one might need. Beds are comfortable and there is adequate space to spread out. Being able to bring our dog with us was great. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and got to see an alligator in the lagoon behind the house! Super cool experience.
