You are steps away from the 6th tee box and a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access. Impressive redesigned outdoor deck is spacious and can easily accommodate your family and friends. Hardwood floors throughout and tastefully decorated. Stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities. Air conditioned sunroom with spectacular views of the half-acre property and golf course. The home is also equipped with a quiet office space perfect for working remotely, if needed. This home has 4 bedrooms including an optional courtyard king bedroom if needed, a twin day-bed with trundle in the living room and sleeps 14 comfortably.

Beautiful lot of tangled oaks and pine trees with plenty of shade. Private enclosed courtyard with outdoor shower. Rental includes 6-seater golf cart. Amenity cards are available for purchase for access to 5 private resort pools, 2 championship golf courses, tennis and marina activities and more. Rental is Sunday to Sunday during summer months.
We have a fully fenced courtyard if you are traveling with pets. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $50 pet fee per day per pet. An additional $500 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

LeeAnn and Amy (sisters) and their families have been vacationing on Fripp Island for years. We understand what makes a luxurous Fripp rental home and we would like to share our home with you.
LeeAnn owns a trucking company and hauls sand and gravel to construction sites. Amy is a court stenographer doing depositions and working with attorneys.
We named our Fripp home Sand Dollar Court because LeeAnn makes a dollar from sand and Amy makes a dollar from court. Sand Dollar Court is located on Dolphin Road on Fripp Island.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance due is 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement is received.
Pet Policy: Pet fee $50 per day, per pet.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Dollar Court. The house is in a fantastic location, on a golf course with just a short walk to the beach. It is spacious, private and tastefully decorated. Every little detail is thought through. Check-in was flawless and the house was immaculately clean. The [extremely detailed and helpful] welcome email somehow managed to get caught in my spam folder and I had to email Amy a couple of times with questions. She was unfailingly kind and helpful, responding promptly and with grace, never letting on that I already had all that info! Boy, did I feel silly when I checked the spam folder a few days into our stay. Fripp is a magical place. Sand Dollar Court is a magical house in a magical place. We can’t wait to be back!
Our stay at Sand Dollar Court was outstanding. We enjoyed the location and neighborhood, the sunroom and deck with a table w gas fire in the middle, a well-outfitted kitchen, comfy beds and linens and the responsiveness of Amy and Lee Ann. We had deer and squirrels in the yard daily, a great treat. Other wildlife sightings on Fripp were an alligator, bald eagles, a hawk, dolphin and shore birds. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride. We are eager to return to Sand Dollar Court. Great visit!

This house was amazing! It was clean, comfortable and in a private, quiet location! The golf cart was an added huge plus as it was our main mode of transportation to get around the island and to the beach, which was about a two minute ride from the house! I highly recommend this house!
First time staying on Fripp Island. Sanddollar Court was perfect for our family of five. The rooms were large and our favorite was the sunroom. We loved seeing the wildlife that visited each day and our granddaughter had names for all the deer. The new deck is beautiful. We also appreciated the beach chairs, the golf cart and the garage refrigerator. The owners were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions. Hope we can return next year..

This home is wonderful! Host is just as awesome! Beautifully decorated, everything you need- just like home. Plenty of room for all 7 of us, and then some. Views from sunroom and deck were breathtaking, looking out to the fairway. Deer came right up to the steps! Very cozy, all around great home!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Sand Dollar Court. The location was ideal - just a short golf cart ride away from the beach and all of the amenities on Fripp Island. The house was spacious, spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of room to relax, both inside and outside. The hosts were personable and attentive and gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do in the area. We would definitely recommend Sand Dollar Court on Fripp Island to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Our family of 8, ages 18 months to 60 years old, LOVED our stay at Sand Dollar Court on Fripp Island. We love a good vacation and spending time together. The house (and all it came with), the outdoor deck area, the island, the golf, the pools, the beach, the activities, the golf cart, the deer spotting and the location (just to name a few things) were perfect for us. We look forward to returning again!

Had a great week at Sand Dollar Court! The owners were great to work with and were very responsive and helpful. The sunroom was perfect for early morning coffee. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. A nice assortment of beach chairs and other beach items (and a high chair for toddler!) were available that made packing the car much easier! Would definitely stay at Sand Dollar Court again!
We had such a great stay at Sand Dollar Court! Amy was very thoughtful about checking in on us after some stormy weather. We were very comfortable in the spacious rooms and had everything we needed for our group. The beautiful deck backs up to the golf course for a great view and the provided golf cart was so convenient for traveling the short distance to the beach. It was a special visit for my husband's birthday and Amy's assistance made his day extra special.
Sand Dollar Court is a slice of heaven on Fripp Island. The location is on a beautiful, quiet street with a wonderful golf course view, and close to many beach access points . The house is professionally appointed, and was immaculately clean. All the beds, and linens were high quality. The kitchen had everything a cook and/or baker needs. Watching sunrise with coffee in the sunroom was a blessed way to start the day. Walking the beach never failed to delight. Sunsets at #32 beach access moves one to sing “Taps”. Evenings around the fire pit, on the magnificent patio, was a perfect way to end the day. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. 5+ star rating.
