- All King bedrooms have an attached bathroom
All bedroom are spacious with new linens and bedding. Large flat screen smart TV in the first floor bedroom, Smaller TV's in second floor king and third floor bedroom. Firestick or Roku on all TV's.
PETS MUST BE APPROVED (DOGS ONLY) PRIOR TO BOOKING. Will consider adult dogs only on a case by case basis with owner approval prior to booking, a signed pet agreement, and a non-refundable pet fee. If you want to include your pet for your stay, please provide information on age, breed, size, crate training, and flea prevention. Pets should be crate kept, not allowed on furniture and on flea prevention. Pets will not be allowed in the house if not approved in ADVANCE of check in and are cause for the entire party to be removed from the house.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
Amenities
Deck overlooking the marsh with patio seating, bar, gas grill, and gas fire pit. Garage includes extra refrigerator, adult bikes, beach chairs, beach buggy, cooler, and space for a golf cart. Guests have access to the neighborhood pool, playground, and crab dock. The beach and all of Fripp Island are an easy bike or golf cart ride from the house.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund will be issued until the house can be re-rented at the same rate. Extended stays of two weeks or more are nonrefundable. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Amazing, beautiful home on the marsh. Owner was wonderful and responsive to our needs! Plenty of room for our gang of 7! We have stayed at many homes on Fripp and this one is now at the top of list for return trips!!!
Our family has been staying at “Gone with the Marsh” for years and feel like it’s our home away from home! It’s decorated beautifully with all the comforts you may need or want. We love being able to bring our sweet pups every year as they are a big part of our family and they always feel welcomed rather than a begrudgingly allowed. Tara is a wonderfully accommodating host, she’s quick to respond to any issues or concerns and always makes us feel welcome during each stay. We could not ask for better!
Another great trip to Fripp. Your place is always great to stay at; it’s a relaxing place to come visit and we will all be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful week staying at this Fripp Island home! It has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and we especially enjoyed using the grill on the back porch while taking in the beautiful marsh views. The neighborhood pool was a huge hit with the kids and was a great bonus. The house is incredibly spacious, with plenty of bedrooms, beds, and sleeping options to comfortably accommodate the whole family. Every bed was comfortable, and the entire home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Fripp Island, and we will definitely be renting it again!
