Sawgrass Bluff neighborhood pool is right across the road (no club card required) just outside your back door is the Fabulous marsh pier ...throw in a fishing line or crab pot and take in the relaxing views .

Fripp Club Amenitiy Cards can be purchased for access to pools, bike/cart rentals, eating, golf and tennis. Each guest 13 years of age and older must carry a club card to access the Club's facilities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel this reservation less than 60 days before arrival date, you will forfeit all amounts paid unless able to re-rent the property. If the house is re-rented, a refund will be given less a $350 administrative fee.
In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this rental. The view of the marsh and wildlife right from the screened porch was lovely. The pool is right across the way and the golf cart made access to the beach and amenities a fun an easy method of travel. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet area next to a pool and marsh, this one is a perfect rental.
This house was everything we needed for our Fall Break vacation. Wonderful location under the shaded trees - away from the main road of the island. I took stunning wildlife pics in my pajamas in the morning while letting the dog out. Gorgeous sunrise from the screened porch (no bugs!), the boys did all their successful fishing from the boardwalk right behind the house, and the dark night skies had us enjoying the marsh trail at all hours! Even though the trail passed close by the house, the abundant trees and palms kept the house feeling private.
Great vacation home. The big screened in porch was a plus especially with the dogs. It won’t disappoint.
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, has all you need, comfortable and has great marsh views off a huge porch. The owner is wonderful to work with. We will be back.

Tucked away in a private residential area of Fripp this beach rental is a gem. Away from the bustle of the island it offers quiet and solitude. The house is clean and tidy offering everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The screened in back porch is wonderful for sipping coffee in the morning as you look over the marsh. The use of golf cart and bikes is an added essential as you explore the island. Marnie is a wonderful host who is quick to respond to any needs. This will definitely be a beach house I will rent again!
Had a lovely stay in an ideal location. Pool is located across from this home and the marsh view is so relaxing. The only problem was the biting midges/ no-see-ums on the porch. Will take insecticide next year when we vacation.
