Watch fiddler crabs scurry, deer and raccoons wander by, and colorful songbirds (cardinals, painted buntings, hummingbirds, bluebirds, and more) visit the feeders right on your deck. We've got binoculars for you to use—birdseed is provided! Sunsets, shifting tides through the marsh grass, and boats cruising Old House Creek add to the magic.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area features spectacular marsh views, a comfy sectional + swivel chair, and plenty of room to relax or gather.
This bright, open "treehouse" style home brings the outdoors in while offering comfort and space for up to 6 guests.
Outdoor Living & Fun
Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the multiple decks and outdoor seating areas. A beach closet downstairs is stocked with bocce, cornhole, beach umbrellas, a Shibumi shade tent, and more. There's also a game cupboard for family game nights.
Getting Around Fripp
A 4-seat electric golf cart is included—perfect for exploring the island, The beach is just a short ride away.

Enjoy the beach, nature and bike trails, crabbing docks, and nearby Hunting Island, water excursions with Coastal Expeditions and Tidal Tours, restaurants on Saint Helena Island and in Beaufort. MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT We're proud to offer a 10% Military First Responder discount to active military and veterans as well as first responders including law enforcement, fire and EMS. Verification is simple, but required.
PETS: Dogs only; pets must be preapproved. Guests will be required to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first dog and $75 for a second. An additional $300 fee will be charged if a dog arrives without prior approval. Please do not allow pets access to the newly carpeted upstairs bedrooms when you are away.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

Family vacation was great. This house was perfect for us. From the beautiful marsh, the birds, racoons and deer. Where else could you go to see all that. Oh, the racoons also had 5 little ones. All this right out our door!! Also we had a little problem with the A/C. One call and the problem was fixed. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!!
